By using KohiRVC, including its updates (the "Software"), provided by Kohi (the "Author"), you agree to this Agreement.

1. The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or commercial use.
   
2. You may use audio converted with the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.
   
3. All rights in the Software not expressly granted under this Agreement belong to the Author or their respective rightful owners.

The Software includes third-party software and models that are subject to their respective licenses, which are included in the licenses folder.

NVIDIA and Intel runtime files included with the Software may be used only as permitted by their applicable licenses and in connection with the Software.


You may not:

1. copy, distribute, sell, rent, or lease the Software, except as permitted by applicable law or applicable third-party licenses;
   
2. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; or
   
3. use the Software to impersonate others, commit fraud or other crimes, infringe the rights of others, or otherwise violate applicable law.

You provide and use voice models at your own responsibility.

You are responsible for confirming that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to use them, including, where applicable, permission from the person whose voice is represented and from the creator or rights holder of the model.

1. If you publish an item on the Steam Workshop, you represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to publish and distribute it, including, where applicable, permission from the person whose voice it contains and from the creator or rights holder of the model. You are responsible for the items you publish.
   
2. Steam Workshop use is also subject to Valve's applicable terms and policies.
   
3. The Author may remove, restrict, or request the removal of any Workshop item at the Author's discretion, with or without notice.

1. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
   
2. Except in cases of the Author's intent or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Author's liability for damages arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

1. The Author may update or change the Software, change this Agreement, or discontinue all or part of the Software. The current version of this Agreement will be made available with the Software or through its Steam page. By continuing to use the Software after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated Agreement.
   
2. If you materially breach this Agreement, your license to use the Software may be terminated.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
