OPENSHEET 1E SRD — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Arcane Systems Inc. ("we", "us"), and governs your
use of OpenSheet 1e SRD, including the Full Unlock downloadable content and any updates (together, the "Software").
By installing or using the Software you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on
computers you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement and to the Steam
Subscriber Agreement. The Full Unlock, where purchased, is licensed to you on the same terms.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you, including all
rights in the Software's code, user interface, design, artwork, icons and the names "OpenSheet" and "OpenSheet 1e SRD",
which are Product Identity of Arcane Systems Inc. and are not Open Game Content.
3. OPEN GAME CONTENT
The Software includes game rules made available as Open Game Content under the Open Game License v1.0a. Open Game
Content is governed by that license, not by this Agreement, and nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under it.
The Open Game License, the designation of Open Game Content and Product Identity, and the required copyright notices are
included in the Software. The Software makes no claim of compatibility with, or endorsement by, any other publisher.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Except as permitted by law or by the Open Game License, you may not: (a) copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or
distribute the Software; (b) modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software; (c) remove or alter any
notice in the Software; (d) circumvent the Software's licensing, including unlocking premium features without
purchasing the Full Unlock or holding a valid license key; or (e) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
5. YOUR CONTENT
Characters, campaigns, homebrew and other material you create with the Software ("Your Content") belong to you. The
Software stores Your Content on your own computer, and in a sync folder only if you choose one. You are responsible
for Your Content, including any material you import or share, and for keeping your own backups.
6. PRIVACY
The Software does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect, transmit or sell
personal information. Steam may collect information under Valve's own privacy policy.
7. UPDATES
We may provide updates that change, add or remove features. Updates are governed by this Agreement unless they come
with different terms.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must
stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not
warrant that the Software is error-free, that its rules calculations are free of mistakes, or that it will meet your
requirements. The Software is an aid to play; the published rules govern.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL
LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some
jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. GENERAL
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any
provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement, the Open Game License and the Steam
Subscriber Agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about the Software.
