Vocabulary
For the purposes of this agreement:
• "Company" refers to Frame of Mind, the company that created Asteria 4X.
• "Game" refers to Asteria 4X, its files, and its updates.
• The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Company. "You" refers to you, as a player of the Game.
License
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game. The Company keeps all rights to the Game. You must not:
• Sell, rent, or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
• Circumvent or disable the Game's security or licensing features.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
The Game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of using the Game, including the loss of saved games.
