This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Valravn Logic ("Licensor"), the developer and publisher of the video game Knight’s Reckoning ("Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
Valravn Logic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

The Software, including all artwork, animations, audio, music, text, source code, and trademarks (including "Valravn Logic" and "Knight’s Reckoning"), is protected by copyright laws and remains the exclusive property of Valravn Logic. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Valravn Logic explicitly permits players to create, upload, and stream gameplay videos (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) of Knight’s Reckoning and monetize those videos through standard platform ad revenue programs.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valravn Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
