Lucremachine includes the Microsoft DirectX Shader Compiler (dxcompiler.dll). By installing or playing Lucremachine, you agree to these terms for it.
- It is licensed, not sold. Microsoft keeps every right these terms don't give you.
- You may use it only as part of Lucremachine, on Windows.
- Unless the law gives you more rights despite this limit, you may not work around its technical limits, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the license of an open source part of it requires that.
- You may not remove, block or change any notice of Microsoft or its suppliers in it.
- You may not use it to break the law, or to make or spread malware.
- You may not share, publish, distribute, rent or lease it, offer it on its own for others to use, or transfer it or these terms to anyone else.
- You must follow all export laws and regulations that apply to it.
- Microsoft has no duty to support it.
- It comes "as is", and you bear the risk of using it. Microsoft gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. To the extent the law allows, Microsoft excludes all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- If you have any basis for recovering damages despite this, you can recover from Microsoft and its suppliers only direct damages up to U.S. $5.00. You can't recover any other damages, including consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages and lost profits.
Microsoft is an intended third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
