In addition to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the following terms apply to your use of ByeByeObake! (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.
1. No Modification or Analysis
Except as permitted by law, modifying, analyzing, extracting or altering the Game's program or data, and creating or distributing mods, is prohibited.
2. No Cheating
Using cheat tools, bots, automation or any other programs or means that improperly interfere with the Game is prohibited. Analyzing or altering the Game's network communication, and creating or operating unofficial servers, are also prohibited.
3. No Exploiting Bugs
Intentionally exploiting bugs to disrupt other players or to obtain records unfairly is prohibited.
4. No Harassment
Harassing other players, such as through voice chat, or otherwise causing them unwanted trouble is prohibited.
5. No Redistribution or Reuse of Assets
Extracting images, music, audio, 3D models, text or other assets included in the Game, and distributing, selling or using them in other works or services, is prohibited. However, screenshots and recordings of the game screen, photos taken with the in-game camera, and assets permitted under our streaming guidelines may be used freely within the scope of those guidelines.
6. No Use for AI Training
Using the Game's assets or data as training data for machine learning or AI is prohibited.
7. Streaming and Videos
You may freely stream the Game or post videos of it in accordance with our separate streaming guidelines.
8. Violations
If you violate these terms, the developer may restrict your access to online features or take other necessary measures.
9. Changes to Service and Disclaimer
Online features may be changed or discontinued without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
10. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these terms as necessary.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the developer's place of residence as the court of first instance.
