These Supplemental Terms apply to the game Minato Shokudo (the "Game") in addition to Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement. They are posted on the Game's Steam store page. The Game is licensed to those who agree to them.
1. License
Dennou Suzuki-gumi ("we" or "us") grants you a license to play the Game for your personal use through Steam. All rights in the Game, including copyright, remain with us (or, for some assets, with their respective owners) and are not transferred to you.
2. Streaming, videos, and screenshots
You may stream the Game, post videos of it, and share screenshots, and you may monetize them, without asking first, in line with our "Streaming and videos" guidelines posted in the Game's Steam news.
3. No extraction, reverse engineering, or modification
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's code;
- extract or modify the Game's files (code, art, 3D models, music, sound effects, or text); or
- distribute, sell, or publish extracted files or modified versions.
4. No use for AI or machine learning
You may not use the Game or its files (code, art, 3D models, music, sound effects, or text) to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI or machine-learning models, have such systems analyze the Game, or extract or collect data for those purposes. This includes adding them to datasets and feeding them to generative AI to produce similar works.
This does not cover ordinary use of AI-powered services, such as automatic captions, translation, or search, while playing, looking up tips, writing about the Game, or making streams and videos.
5. Accessibility tools
Using tools that help you play, such as screen readers, controller button remapping, or Steam features, is not restricted by sections 3 and 4.
6. Applicable law
Nothing in these Supplemental Terms prohibits anything that applicable law says cannot be restricted by contract. These Supplemental Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
7. Termination
If you materially breach these Supplemental Terms, we may terminate your license to use the Game.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
