COZY NECROMANCY — END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between you and Nathaniel Voorhies, trading as Hexmonger ("we"). It applies in addition to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. By installing or playing Cozy Necromancy (the "Game") you agree to it.
1. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial use, on the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
2. The bundled language model. The Game includes Gemma, a language model provided by Google. Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms, a copy of which is installed with the Game. You must not use Gemma, whether within the Game or separately from it, for any restricted use set out in the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy (ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy) or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3. No warranty. To the extent the law allows, the Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.
