All rights not expressly granted under this EULA remain with the Operator or the applicable rights holders.

The game client may obtain a Steam authentication ticket and transmit it to our backend for verification using Valve services.

We do not receive the user's Steam account password.

Items or rewards may be granted based on:
- achievements,

Items may also be subject to Steam rules.

We reserve the right to correct, revoke or remove items granted as a result of:
- technical errors,
- configuration errors,
- abuse,

- manipulation of the game client or network communication,
- other unauthorized activity.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, users should not:
- decompile or attempt to reconstruct the source code,
- bypass security protections,
- modify the client in a way that affects the integrity of online services,

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The user receives only a license to use the game as described in this EULA.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If Counter Ducks later allows users to submit content such as names, messages, maps, artwork or other materials, additional terms may apply.

Users remain responsible for content they submit.

11. PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING

Counter Ducks may contain flashing lights, rapidly changing images and intense visual effects.

Such effects may cause adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other neurological conditions.

If you experience dizziness, visual disturbance, seizures, disorientation, loss of consciousness or other unusual symptoms, stop playing immediately and seek medical advice where appropriate.

12. UPDATES

The Operator may update the game, backend, online services and related functionality.

Certain updates may be required in order to continue using online features.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The game and online services may contain errors or may become temporarily unavailable.

The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game, servers or third-party services.

Nothing in this EULA excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
