WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
By completing payment, you purchase Eldcoins, virtual credits for use exclusively within Eldvore. The total quantity, currency (Brazilian real or US dollar) and price are shown before you proceed to payment.
Your purchase also contributes to the game’s servers, infrastructure, art, development and security. This transaction is a purchase of virtual content.

WHAT AN ELDCOIN IS
An Eldcoin is a license to use virtual content. It is not a financial balance, deposit, investment, credit instrument or currency with real monetary value.
It cannot be withdrawn, converted into money, transferred to another account or used outside Eldvore services. Products purchased with Eldcoins are account-bound unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is processed through the Steam Wallet in the Steam version, or through Mercado Pago or Stripe in other versions, as shown before purchase. Credits are delivered after payment confirmation and may be delayed by validation or processor unavailability. Eldvore does not receive or store your complete card details.
Any special time limit or usage restriction will be prominently disclosed before the affected product is purchased.

PRODUCTS AND PREMIUM
Each product’s features, duration and limits are shown before purchase. Future price or catalog changes do not alter completed purchases.
The 30-day Premium is prepaid, does not renew automatically and expires at the end of the stated period. Balance adjustments may occur without eliminating the benefit’s essential usefulness during its term.

CANCELLATION
You may request purchase cancellation within 7 days through Purchase History or support. The request will be processed under applicable law.
When a payment is refunded, the corresponding Eldcoins and products or benefits will be removed from the account. Previous use of the content may require technical adjustments, but does not prevent submitting a request or exclude statutory rights.

CANCELLED OR REVERSED PAYMENT
If a payment is cancelled, reversed or deemed unauthorized, the corresponding credits and benefits may be removed. When an immediate adjustment is not possible, new purchases or uses of Eldcoins may be temporarily restricted while the balance is resolved.
Preventive measures may be applied when there are indications of fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method or system abuse. You may request a review through support if you identify an error.

WHO MAY PURCHASE AND SUPPORT
Purchases must be made by a person over 18 who is authorized to use the payment method. A guardian may make a purchase for the account of an adolescent under their supervision.
If payment was confirmed but the balance has not appeared, or if you need a review, use Purchase History or write to contato@eldvore.com. Keep your receipt and order number.

PURCHASE DATA
We record the data necessary to fulfill and document purchases, prevent fraud, handle requests and comply with legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
