Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before purchasing, downloading, or playing the Game.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and AEDANI Studio AS, located in Kongsvinger, Norway ("AEDANI Studio," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or play the Game.

This Game is distributed via the Steam platform. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

AEDANI Studio AS grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play one copy of the Game on your personal computer or device for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights reserved. The Game and all of its content are 100% owned by AEDANI Studio AS.

This includes, but is not limited to, the computer code, gameplay mechanics, visual assets, 3D models, textures, animations, UI design, musical compositions, sound effects, characters, narrative, and text. The Game is protected by Norwegian copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws. You are acquiring a license to play the Game; you are not acquiring ownership of the Game or any of its individual assets.
To keep things fair and protect our hard work, you agree that you will not:

• Sell or Distribute: Rent, lease, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any of its assets to third parties.
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game, or attempt to extract the source code or individual assets (such as music or 3D models) for use outside of the Game.
• Modify for Profit: Create derivative works or modify the Game for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
• Pirate: Bypass or modify any digital rights management (DRM) or Steam platform protections.

<h3>4. VIDEO AND STREAMING POLICY (CONTENT CREATION)</h3>
We love seeing people play our game! AEDANI Studio AS grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to create, upload, and livestream video content of the Game (such as "Let's Plays," reviews, and Twitch streams) on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

You are permitted to monetize this video content through platform partner programs (e.g., YouTube ads or Twitch subscriptions). However, you may not sell the video files directly, and you may not use our music or assets outside the context of gameplay footage.
We may occasionally provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to fix bugs, balance gameplay, or add features. We reserve the right to deploy these updates automatically via Steam.
The Game is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we have worked incredibly hard to make a polished experience, we do not guarantee that the Game will be entirely bug-free, that it will run on every hardware configuration, or that your gameplay will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Norwegian consumer protection laws), AEDANI Studio AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the actual price you paid for the Game.
This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA (such as piracy or unauthorized distribution of our assets). Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway, with the district court in Kongsvinger serving as the court of first instance.
