End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Overview
This agreement is between you and FIZZIPOP LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Theater Kids for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Player Conduct
When using voice chat, text chat, or interactive features, you agree to follow basic conduct standards. You agree not to:

Harass, bully, or use hate speech toward other players.

Impersonate other players or staff.

Share private personal information of other users.

Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software to alter gameplay.

3. Player-Created Content
The game allows players to paint on characters and send voice or text messages ("User Content").

License: You retain whatever rights you hold in your drawn content, but by creating it in the game, you grant us permission to display, transmit, and render that content within the game for other players to see.

Content Rules: You agree not to paint or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, or uses copyrighted material you do not own.

4. Moderation & Monitoring
We have no obligation or legal duty to monitor, moderate, screen, or edit voice chat, text chat, or player-painted content. You participate in multiplayer sessions at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions, language, or drawn content of other players in multiplayer modes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from your use of the game.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
