AFKlutch End User License Agreement

Last updated: September 28, 2026

TL;DR: Meet your country's minimum age. Play fair, no bots, cheats or automation. Your items live in your Steam inventory, and Steam is the only safe place to trade them. We don't recommend trading outside Steam or for real money. Anonymous usage stats are optional and can be turned off in Settings. Breaking the rules can get you banned.

By installing or playing AFKlutch (the "Game"), you agree to this agreement. The Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies to your Steam account, purchases, refunds and trades.

1. Age
Only play if you meet the minimum age to play this Game where you live. Please don't lie about your age or try to get around age limits. If we learn an account belongs to someone under that age, we may limit its access to online features and capsules.

2. License
The Game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play while your Steam account owns it. The Game and its content belong to its developer. Please don't copy, redistribute or modify it.

3. Fair play
To keep the Game fun for everyone, please don't:
- Use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any tool that plays for you or automates the Game.
- Use cheats, hacks or mods that give an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs. Report them instead.
- Use multiple accounts to farm rewards, dodge a ban or manipulate rankings or match results.
- Interfere with the servers or with other players' games.
- Harass other players or use offensive names.

4. Your items
Items you get in the Game (characters, weapons, gear, abilities, furniture, capsules, keys, passes) are kept in your Steam inventory. You can use, trade and sell them through Steam's features, following Steam's rules. Like in most online games, items are a license to use inside the Game rather than property, and they have no cash value outside Steam.

Capsules give random items. The odds are shown in the Game before you open one, and results are final. To keep the Game balanced, we may adjust items, odds and prices over time. Price changes are announced in advance and never affect past purchases. Refunds follow Steam's refund policy.

5. Trading safely
Steam trades and the Steam Community Market are the only trading methods we support. We strongly recommend against trading outside Steam or trading items for real money, gift cards or other off-platform payments. Those deals are a common way to get scammed or have your account stolen, we can't help recover anything lost that way, and they may break Steam's rules.

6. Bans
If an account breaks this agreement, depending on how serious it is, we may:
- give a warning;
- remove rankings, results or rewards gained unfairly;
- suspend or permanently ban it from online play;
- report it to Steam.

Purchases tied to a violation are not refunded.

7. Data
To run the Game we use your Steam ID and name, match results and basic connection data. We need them to log you in, run matches and rankings, deliver items and prevent cheating. They're handled by Valve (Steam) and Amazon Web Services (our servers).

The Game can also send anonymous usage and error stats while you play, through GameAnalytics. They help us fix bugs and improve balance. Sending them is optional: turn off Settings > General > Anonymous usage data at any time and they stop right away.

You can ask about or request deletion of your data through the Game's Steam support page.

8. Online services
Online matches, rankings and rewards run on our servers, and the server's result is final. Online services may go down for maintenance, require the latest version or change over time. If they are ever shut down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice when possible.

9. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost items. Nothing here removes your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Changes and law
We may update this agreement. Important changes are announced in the Game or on its Steam page. This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
