END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and Lighterr ("we", "us", "our") for the game Cinnamomum ("Game").
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all text, art, music, code, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. This Agreement grants you a license only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Steam
The Game is distributed through Steam. Your use of Steam is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement regarding your use of Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement controls.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These may be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
