This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms under which NEOPOP Inc (“DARELARK Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the DARELARK Studio brand, provides services(the "Game"), its demo, online features, updates, and related other services.

By installing, launching, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. A minor must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by the laws of the minor's place of residence.


The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and Steam's applicable terms.

You are granted a license to use the Game. The Game is not sold to you. All intellectual property rights in the Game, including its code, content, and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Company and its licensors.


The Game may require a compatible PC, an internet connection, a Steam account, and the Steam client. Online features use Steam and Epic Online Services features such as Connect, Lobby, P2P, and RTC, and each provider's terms and policies also apply.

Third-party outages or policy changes may limit some features. Epic SDKs, code, documentation, services, and other Epic materials included in or used by the Game are provided as is under their applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic, its affiliates, and its service providers make no representations or warranties, impose no conditions, and accept no liability relating to Epic materials. This does not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.


You must keep your Steam account and login credentials secure and must not lend, transfer, sell, or permit unauthorized use of them. The Company does not require a separate DARELARK account.

The Company may process information needed for authentication, online connections, Steam Cloud, text and voice features, and customer support. The Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, retention, international processing, and methods for exercising rights.


Nicknames, room names and settings, Game state, text chat, and real-time voice may be delivered to other users in the same lobby or session. Public lobby information may appear in lobby search, so do not enter or transmit personal information that you do not wish to disclose.

Rights in content you submit remain with you or the applicable rights holder. You permit the Company to use that content only to the extent and for the period necessary to provide, transmit, display, secure, and operate the Game. The Company does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of text chat and does not record voice communications.


You must not:

• engage in unlawful, insulting, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or rights-infringing conduct;
  
• use cheats, bots, macros, modifications, bug exploits, security circumvention, attacks, or communications interference;
  
• impersonate others, commit fraud or phishing, send repeated advertising, or intentionally disrupt gameplay; or
  
• trade or transfer accounts, Game data, items, or access rights in an unauthorized manner.

The Company may reasonably restrict or terminate Game features or access based on the nature and impact of a violation. The Company may act without prior notice where necessary to address an urgent security risk, serious harm to another user, or a legal obligation. You may contest an action using the contact in Article 11.


Preferences, nicknames, play records, recent-room recovery information, and local logs may be stored on your device or Steam Cloud. Data may be damaged or lost through updates, outages, device or account changes, or user deletion, and the Company does not guarantee permanent preservation or recovery.

Steam features and policies may apply to verification, trading, or purchase of game items. Purchases and refunds are governed by Steam's policies and applicable law.

Transactions made through third-party payment methods are subject to the payment and refund policies of the respective third-party provider.


The Company may update the Game or change features and content for quality, security, balance, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Installation of the latest version may be required to use updated and modified contents.

The Game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party service changes, force majeure, or other operational reasons. If the Company discontinues the Game, it will provide advance notice within a reasonable period. Any required refund or compensation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Steam policy.

You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Game. The Company may restrict or terminate your access if you materially breach this Agreement.


You may publish gameplay videos, screenshots, and livestreams if you comply with applicable law, platform policies, and third-party rights. When publishing another user's chat, voice, or personal information, you must respect that user's rights and comply with applicable law. If the publishing platform provides separate guidelines, you must comply with those guidelines.


The Company provides the Game with reasonable care and effort but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for loss caused by third-party services, communications environments, user devices, force majeure, or other users where the Company is not responsible for the cause.

This Article does not limit liability for the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.


The Company may amend this Agreement in response to legal or Game changes. Material changes will be announced before they take effect through the Game, Steam store page, or an official channel. Where separate consent is required, the Company will follow applicable law. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may stop using the Game.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
