This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and [TO FILL: legal name of developer/publisher] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the game “Stratagem of the Three Kingdoms: Card Single-Player Edition” (the “Game”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, running, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the Game, and you may request a refund in accordance with Steam's refund policy.


1.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable limited license to download, install, and run the Game on devices you own, for non-commercial purposes.

1.2 The Game is licensed, not sold. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Game only; you do not acquire any ownership of the Game or any part of it by purchasing or using it.


Except as expressly permitted by law or otherwise agreed by us in writing, you shall not:

(a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code;

(b) copy, distribute, rent, lend, sell, resell, or transfer the Game or any part of it;

(c) modify, translate, or adapt the Game, or create derivative works based on the Game;

(d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game;

(e) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any technological protection measures or access restrictions of the Game;

(f) use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that infringes the lawful rights of others.


3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Game and all of its content — including but not limited to source code, text, artwork, characters, user interface, sound effects and music, fonts, trademarks, and logos — are owned by us or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

3.2 Third-party components and assets used in the Game (including open-source engine, fonts, sound effects, and music) are provided under their respective license terms. A full attribution list and the applicable license texts are provided with the Game and are not modified by this Agreement.


4.1 Certain art assets of the Game (including character portraits, backgrounds, faction emblems, card illustrations, and UI graphics) and certain background music are created using artificial intelligence generation technology.

4.2 All such content is “pre-generated” during development and shipped with the Game; the Game does not perform live, real-time AI content generation at runtime.

4.3 We have disclosed our use of AI-generated content as required by the Steam platform.


5.1 The Game is distributed and run through the Steam platform. Your use of the Steam client and related services is also governed by Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Privacy Policy.

5.2 The Game is a single-player title. It does not operate its own account system and does not actively collect your personally identifiable information.

5.3 When the Game interacts with the Steam platform (for example, achievements, statistics, and leaderboards), the relevant data is processed by the Steam platform. In particular, the leaderboard feature uploads your game score and formation information to the Steam platform to generate public rankings. Such processing is subject to the Steam Privacy Policy.

5.4 The Game contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any form of paid virtual content.


You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Game in any way, and not to use the Game for any activity that violates laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.


We may revise this Agreement from time to time. A revised Agreement will be published through a game update or on the store page and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.


The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the fitness of the Game, its uninterrupted operation, or its satisfaction of your particular requirements.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Game. This section does not exclude or limit any liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.


If you breach any term of this Agreement, the license granted under this Agreement terminates automatically, and you shall immediately stop using the Game and delete all copies of it. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations of the parties that arose before termination.


11.1 This Agreement is governed by [TO FILL: governing law, e.g. “the laws of the People's Republic of China”].

11.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be submitted to [TO FILL: competent court or arbitration institution].


12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12.2 If you are a minor, please read this Agreement with your guardian and use the Game only with your guardian's consent.

12.3 The Game contains simulated gambling elements (drawing cards at random using in-game virtual currency). The Game does not involve any real-money gambling and does not encourage gambling in any form.
