END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the video game Object P-1: Beyond the Threshold ("Game").
By installing, launching, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE
The copyright holder grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through Steam.
You do not acquire ownership of the Game, its source code, artwork, music, characters, text, or other materials.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the Game;
- distribute unauthorized copies of the Game;
- remove copyright or ownership notices;
- use the Game or its assets in a way that infringes applicable law or third-party rights;
- use modified or unauthorized versions of the Game to interfere with Steam services, leaderboards, or other online features.
This Agreement does not prohibit modifications, screenshots, videos, streaming, reviews, guides, or other non-commercial community content unless such use violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights to the Game and its original content remain with the copyright holder and respective licensors.
Steam and Steamworks are trademarks and services of Valve Corporation. Valve Corporation is not a party to this Agreement.
4. SAVED DATA AND ONLINE FEATURES
The Game may store save data and settings on your device and may use Steam features such as Steam Cloud, achievements, statistics, or leaderboards when such features are available.
Availability of individual Steam features may change as the Game is updated.
The developer does not guarantee permanent availability of online services operated by third parties.
5. UPDATES
The Game may receive updates, fixes, balance changes, new content, or changes to existing features.
Some updates may be required to continue using the Game through Steam.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows users to create or submit content, you remain responsible for the content you create or submit.
You must not submit unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The developer does not guarantee that the Game will operate without errors, interruptions, compatibility issues, or data loss on every hardware or software configuration.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the copyright holder and developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement may terminate if you materially violate its terms.
After termination, you must stop using unauthorized copies of the Game.
10. STEAM TERMS
Your purchase, installation, updates, refunds, account access, and use of Steam are also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Valve Corporation terms.
In case of a conflict concerning Steam services, the applicable Steam terms govern those services.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be updated when required by changes to the Game, applicable law, or distribution platform requirements.
The current version will be made reasonably available to users.
