End User License Agreement governing the use of all games, applications, and software published by Guilty Games LLC

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Guilty Games LLC ("Guilty Games," "we," "our," or "us") governing your installation, access to, and use of any game, application, software, downloadable content, or other digital product (collectively, the "Software") developed, published, or distributed by Guilty Games LLC.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Online Services
Some Software includes online functionality such as:
Multiplayer
Leaderboards
Cloud saves
Downloadable content
Live events
These online features may require an internet connection and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of online services.
User-Generated Content
Where supported, you retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content through our Software, you grant Guilty Games LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.
Third-Party Software
The Software may include or rely on third-party software, libraries, or services.
Such components remain subject to their own license agreements and terms where applicable.
Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this EULA.
Upon termination, you must immediately:
Stop using the Software.
Delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to Guilty Games LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guilty Games LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will operate without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guilty Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your installation or use of the Software.
