FRAG PARTY — USER AGREEMENT
Version 1.1
Effective date: 25 September 2026
This agreement is a contract between you and the Frag Party development team ("we", "us") covering your use of the game and its online services. By ticking "I have read and acknowledge it," you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. YOUR ACCOUNT
1.1 You need an account to play. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if that is the minimum age where you live, and you must give accurate information when you register.
1.2 Your account is yours alone. Do not share your login, sell your account, or use anyone else's. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has it.
1.3 One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get around a suspension, to inflate leaderboards, or to gain any other unfair advantage is a breach of this agreement.
2. THE LICENCE WE GIVE YOU
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You do not own the game; you are permitted to use it under this agreement.
You may not: copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game; reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with it except where the law expressly allows it; use cheats, bots, macros, modified clients or anything else that alters gameplay for an advantage; mine, scrape or bulk-collect data from the services; or run the game or its servers for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
3. HOW TO BEHAVE
The game is played with other people. When you use chat, voice, usernames, character names, or the Community board, you must not:
- harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone;
- post hateful content targeting people for who they are;
- post sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
- impersonate another player, a moderator, or us;
- spam, advertise, phish, or try to defraud other players;
- deliberately ruin games for other people, including quitting to deny a result, exploiting bugs, or teaming up to grief someone;
- share anyone's personal information, including your own, in public channels.
We may remove content, mute, suspend, or permanently close accounts that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to the platform holder or to the authorities.
4. WHAT YOU POST
You keep ownership of what you write and create — Community posts, messages, character setups, names. By posting it in the game, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it as far as is needed to operate and promote the game, including showing it to other players. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already distributed or kept in backups.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
5. PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
5.1 Some content is paid. Purchases are made through the platform store you installed the game from, and their refund policy governs the transaction — not ours.
5.2 Virtual items, coins, stars, and unlocks have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you rather than owned. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items as the game develops.
5.3 If your account is closed for breaking this agreement, you lose access to purchased and virtual content without a refund, to the extent the law allows.
6. THE SERVICE CHANGES
The game is live software. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, maps, challenges and modes; take servers down for maintenance; or reset leaderboards and seasons. We may also discontinue the online services altogether, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.
7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
7.1 You may stop playing at any time and may ask us to delete your account.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if you break this agreement, if your account is used in a way that harms other players or the service, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
7.3 Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — continue to apply after it.
8. NO WARRANTY
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will work on every device or connection. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for lost data, lost progress, lost profit, or for the conduct of other players. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum the law requires.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The game relies on services run by others — authentication, multiplayer and voice hosting, platform stores, and advertising. Your use of those is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for what those providers do outside our control.
11. PRIVACY
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which you are asked to accept alongside this agreement. Read them together.
12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
If we make a material change, we will raise the version number and ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you start the game. Continuing to play after accepting means the new version applies.
13. GENERAL
13.1 This agreement is the whole agreement between us about the game, and replaces any earlier understanding about it.
13.2 If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
13.3 If we do not enforce a right immediately, that is not a waiver of it.
13.4 You may not transfer your rights under this agreement. We may transfer ours if the game is sold or reorganised, provided your rights are not reduced.
13.5 Governing law and the courts that may hear a dispute:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and we agree that the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to it.
Nothing in this section takes away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, or gives you rights that cannot be given up by contract, you keep those rights.

FRAG PARTY — PRIVACY POLICY
Version 1.0
Effective date: 24 August 2026
This policy explains what information Frag Party ("the game", "we", "us") collects about you, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the game on PC, iOS, and Android, and to the online services behind it.
Please read it in full. You must accept it to play, because the game cannot create your account or connect you to other players without handling some of your data.
1. WHO WE ARE
Frag Party is developed and operated by the Frag Party development team ("the developer"). For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights in section 9, contact us at the address in section 12.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1 Account information. When you create an account we store your email address, a display name (username) that you choose, and — if you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook — the account identifier that provider gives us. We never receive or store your password for those providers. If you sign up with an email and password, the password is stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider and is not readable by us.
2.2 Gameplay data. We store what the game needs in order to be a game: your progress and statistics (games and challenges played and won, stars, coins, playtime, level), your character customisation, your friends list and friend requests, private rooms you create or join, saved parties you can resume, and anything you post to the in-game Community board.
2.3 Communication. Text chat and voice chat are delivered through our voice service provider so that other players in your room can hear and read you. Direct messages between friends are stored on our servers so they can be delivered when the recipient comes online. Voice is transmitted live and is not recorded by the game.
2.4 Technical and device data. When you connect, we process your IP address, an approximate region derived from it (used to put you on a nearby server), device model and operating system, the app version, crash and error diagnostics, and connection quality measurements such as latency.
2.5 Purchases. Purchases are processed by the platform store (Steam, the Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed and what it unlocked. We never see your card number or billing address.
2.6 Advertising. Free versions of the game may show ads between games. Ad providers may access an advertising identifier supplied by your device in order to select and measure ads. You can reset or limit that identifier in your device settings at any time.
3. WHY WE USE IT
We use the information above to:
- create and secure your account, and keep you signed in;
- run matches — matchmaking, lobbies, turn order, scoring and results;
- deliver chat, voice and friend features;
- show leaderboards, profiles and statistics;
- detect and act on cheating, abuse and prohibited names or messages;
- diagnose crashes and fix bugs;
- provide customer support when you contact us;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your gameplay data to build advertising profiles about you.
4. THE LEGAL BASIS (WHERE THIS APPLIES TO YOU)
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, ours are: performance of a contract (we cannot provide the game without an account and a connection), our legitimate interests (keeping the game working, safe and free of abuse), your consent (where we ask for it, such as personalised advertising), and compliance with law.
5. WHO ELSE SEES IT
We share data only with the service providers that make the game work, and only as much as they need:
- our backend and authentication provider, which stores your account, profile, statistics, friends and messages;
- our multiplayer and voice provider, which carries live gameplay, chat and voice;
- the platform store you bought or downloaded the game from;
- our advertising provider, in versions of the game that show ads.
Other players can see your display name, avatar, level, statistics shown on your public profile, and anything you say in chat or post to the Community board. Treat all of that as public.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or a threat to someone's safety.
6. WHERE YOUR DATA IS HELD
Our providers operate servers in several regions and your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where data leaves the region it was collected in, it is protected by the safeguards our providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. Chat messages and Community posts are kept until you or we delete them. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period — normally no more than 90 days — and then discarded. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep, and except records that we have anonymised so they no longer identify you.
8. CHILDREN
Frag Party is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if that is higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your account and the personal data attached to it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting what happened before;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
You can change your display name and customisation in the game at any time. To request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, contact us at the address in section 12.
10. SECURITY
Connections between the game and our services are encrypted in transit. Access to the systems that hold player data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security — if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will raise its version number and ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you start the game. Minor corrections that do not change what we do with your data may be made without asking again.
