Game: Star Imperium (the "Game")

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you ("you", the "Player") agree to this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and play one copy of the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2. Ownership
The Game and all of its content — including code, art, characters, cards, names, music, audio, video, text, and trademarks — are owned by Nastasi LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the license in Section 1, no rights are granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- copy (except as needed for normal play), sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- modify, create derivative works of, or circumvent any technical protection or license mechanism of the Game;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices;
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, disrupt, or interfere with the Game or other players, including in online multiplayer and trading;
- use the Game to infringe any third party's rights or to violate any law.
4. Online Services and Player Conduct
The Game may offer optional online features (multiplayer matches, card trading). These features are provided "as available" and may change or be discontinued at any time. When using online features you agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud other players, and not to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access to online features for conduct that violates this Agreement. Your use of online features is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Virtual Items
The Game may include in-game items, cards, and virtual currency ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money or anything of value outside the Game, and are licensed — not sold — to you. We may manage,

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game. Sections 2, 3, and 9 through 13 survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPONT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BEUNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASTASI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFIOF OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT. OURTOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME OR USD 1,000.00. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nastasi LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal arising from your breach of this Agreement or y

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. General
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game and supersedes prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign this Agreement; you may not. We may update this Agreement; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
