GLOAMFALL — END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Gloamfall ("the Software") is free software. It is licensed to you under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version ("the GPL"), and under no other terms.

A copy of the GPL is included with the Software, in the file LICENSE, and is also published at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html.

WHAT YOU MAY DO
Everything the GPL permits. In particular, and without limiting it: you may run the Software for any purpose, study how it works, change it, and redistribute copies — original or changed — under the same licence.

THE SOURCE
You are entitled to the complete corresponding source code for the version of the Software you received. For at least three years from the date you received that version, and for as long as we offer spare parts or customer support for it, anyone who has a copy may obtain that source code, at no charge beyond the cost of physically providing it, by writing to: <contact address>. Please name the build you have; the game shows it in its settings.

Once the Software is publicly released, the source code will also be published at a public address, which will be stated here.

ABOUT STEAM
Steam is the shop and the delivery service you obtained this copy through, and the Steam Subscriber Agreement governs your use of Steam — your Steam account, the store, the client, the community and Valve's services.

It does not govern the Software. No term of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and no term of this document, restricts any right the GPL grants you in the Software. Where anything in this document could be read as narrowing those rights, it does not apply, and the GPL governs.

Nothing here obliges Valve to do anything, and nothing here is a term between you and Valve.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
The Software is built from, and ships with, work by other people under their own licences — including Veloren, the project this game grew out of. Those licences are reproduced in full in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md, delivered with every copy. Where one of those licences says something different from this document about that material, that licence governs that material.

WARRANTY
As stated in sections 15 and 16 of the GPL: there is no warranty for the Software, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement, including any refund the Steam Refund Policy gives you.
