MacroPilot End-User License Agreement
Version 2 - Kartal Labs - Contact: macropilottr@gmail.com

Please read the terms below before using MacroPilot. This screen is shown only on first launch; you can open the agreement again from the Settings page.

What MacroPilot does
MacroPilot is a desktop automation tool that carries out repetitive tasks on your behalf. It performs the steps you record as mouse and keyboard input through the operating system. Only the macros you create determine what it does, and you can stop a running macro at any time.

Application compatibility
Some applications and services do not allow automation, or limit it, in their own terms of use. Checking the terms of the application or service you use is up to you; the developer is not responsible for the consequences of a use that conflicts with those terms.

Appropriate use
Run MacroPilot on your own device and in applications you have the right to use. Uses that conflict with applicable law or with the terms of the services you use fall outside the scope of this agreement.

Community Library
The Library runs on the Steam Workshop. Shared macros are created by other users; content you share is published under your Steam account name and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. You can see what a share contains before adding it to your library and review its steps before running it. Shared macros cannot contain Python code, and every package is verified before it is added to your library. A macro added to your library is a copy; if the share is updated later, your copy does not change on its own. You may share only content that you created yourself and have the right to share. Shares that violate the terms of use of third-party software or online services are prohibited and may be removed from the library when detected.

Your data
Your macros, images and settings are stored only on your own computer. If you choose to share a macro in the library, only the content you share is uploaded to Steam and made available to other users together with your Steam account name.

Licence and age
You may use the application for personal and commercial work. Copying, redistributing or selling the application, or reverse engineering it beyond what applicable law permits, falls outside the scope of this licence. To use the application you must be at least 13 years old and have reached the minimum age that applies in your country.

Warranty, liability and changes
MacroPilot is provided as is; it is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the application. These terms may be updated over time; on a material change the application shows this screen once more at launch.
