END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - Dungeon Cleared!
Full game distributed through Steam
Version 1.1 dated 23 October 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Dungeon Cleared! (the "Game") and its updates supplied through Steam. Read it before accepting it through the procedure offered by the platform. If you do not agree, do not proceed with using the Game. Any applicable refund rights and other legal remedies remain unaffected.

1 MacsSoft and Steam
The licensor is the developer and publisher operating under the name MacsSoft ("MacsSoft").

This EULA governs your use of the Game under a licence from MacsSoft. Your Steam account, purchases and platform services remain governed by the applicable agreements with Valve. This EULA does not amend those agreements.

2 Licence granted
If you have lawfully obtained the Game, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use it for private entertainment in ways permitted by Steam, including sharing features authorised by the platform. No intellectual property ownership is transferred. This licence does not automatically include separately sold products or additional content.

3 Ownership and permitted use
Rights in the software and its protected content remain with MacsSoft or the respective rights holders. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. This EULA does not restrict rights in public-domain materials.

Except as authorised or permitted by law, you may not sell, redistribute or sublicense copies of the software, extract and reuse protected assets in other products, remove ownership notices, or circumvent access protections. Decompilation and reverse engineering are permitted where authorised by MacsSoft or by law. Statutory rights to make backup copies, study the software and achieve interoperability remain unaffected.

4 Videos and livestreaming
You may publish screenshots, reviews, gameplay videos and livestreams, including monetised content, to the extent MacsSoft controls the necessary rights. This permission does not cover distributing assets such as music, images or models separately, or claiming the software as your own creation. Nothing in this EULA restricts your opinions or criticism of the product.

5 Requirements updates and saved data
Check the requirements and technical information published on Steam. Compatibility with every configuration is not promised; stated features and statutory conformity obligations remain unaffected. Updates may fix errors, improve security or compatibility, or adjust game balance, subject to commitments made and your legal rights.

Before manually changing files or settings, back up your saved data where technically possible. This is a precaution; failure to make a backup does not automatically remove your legal rights.

6 Misuse and liability
MacsSoft is not responsible for damage caused solely by user tampering, third-party modifications, external software or use contrary to clear instructions, where the damage is not attributable to MacsSoft. Where several causes contribute to damage, responsibility is determined under applicable law. The presence of modifications or external software alone does not exclude liability for unrelated defects.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury attributable to MacsSoft, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

7 Statutory rights and refunds
Mandatory rights and remedies relating to digital content remain applicable, including, where the legal conditions are met, having content brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract. The possibility of software errors does not remove those rights.

For Steam purchases, you may request a refund under Steam's refund policy: https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/. That policy supplements, and does not replace, your applicable mandatory rights.

8 Personal data
Accepting this EULA is not general consent to the processing of personal data. Valve describes its processing in the Steam Privacy Policy: https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/. Any processing by MacsSoft remains subject to the information requirements and lawful bases required by applicable law. This EULA does not replace a privacy notice.

9 Duration and termination
This licence continues while you lawfully hold the right to use the Game. You may stop using and uninstall it at any time. MacsSoft may terminate for a material breach in accordance with applicable law, following notice and, where the breach can be remedied, a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. This clause does not give MacsSoft control over your Steam account.

10 Governing law and final provisions
Italian law governs this EULA. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law, including rules protecting consumers concerning the courts in which claims may be brought.

An invalid or unenforceable provision does not apply; the remainder continues to apply if the agreement can stand without it. Changes to this EULA must be communicated clearly and take effect only as permitted by law, with acceptance where required and without retroactive effect.
