This agreement is between you and Corner, the developer of DAEMON ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not install or play the game.

Corner gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for your own non-commercial use, in line with this agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement. You may stream, record and share videos and screenshots of the game.

You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows this anyway. You may not use the game's online features to harass, threaten or harm other players, or to share illegal or abusive content.

The game, including its code, art, characters, sound and text, belongs to Corner and its licensors. This agreement gives you a licence to use the game, not ownership of it.

The game uses technology from other companies, including Unreal® Engine by Epic Games, Inc., NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution and Intel XeSS, and art licensed through Epic Games' Fab marketplace. Their notices are listed in the game's credits.

THE GAME, AND ALL THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY AND CONTENT IN IT, INCLUDING UNREAL ENGINE AND CONTENT LICENSED FROM EPIC GAMES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CORNER, EPIC GAMES, INC. AND THE OTHER LICENSORS EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND LIABILITIES RELATED TO THE GAME, UNREAL ENGINE AND THAT CONTENT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ONE PROMISES THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER CORNER NOR EPIC GAMES, INC. NOR ANY OTHER LICENSOR IS LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. CORNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME. EPIC GAMES, INC. HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU AT ALL. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Online features, such as visits and calls between players, may change or end at any time. Corner is not responsible for what other players say or do.

This licence ends automatically if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the game.

Corner may update this agreement. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new version.
