Part 1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Purpose and Acceptance

  1. This Agreement sets out the terms for using the game "Want a Bomb?" (the "Game") provided by humbledbag (registered business name: 블랙백) (the "Developer").
  2. By installing or running the Game through Steam or STOVE (each a "Platform"), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or run the Game, and delete it if it is already installed.

2. License

  1. The Developer grants users who lawfully purchased the Game on a Platform a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  2. All rights in the Game, including its software, graphics, sound and documentation, belong to the Developer or the respective rights holders. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  1. reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game beyond what applicable law permits;
  2. use cheats, hacking tools or modified software to disrupt other players or gain an unfair advantage;
  3. copy, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it without permission;
  4. harass other players or transmit unlawful or infringing content through voice chat, room names or other means; or
  5. attack or interfere with the online services the Game uses.

4. Online Features

  1. Multiplayer works by one player hosting a room that other players connect to directly. Lobbies, connection relay and voice chat are provided through Epic Online Services by Epic Games, Inc. The Developer does not operate its own game servers.
  2. Running the Game requires an internet connection and a sign-in to Epic Online Services. This sign-in is automatic and does not require an Epic account.
  3. When the host quits, the room ends. Each participant's progress in a room (inventory, upgrades and similar) is stored in the host's world save on the host's PC and is deleted if the host deletes that world.
  4. Online features may be temporarily unavailable or change because of maintenance or circumstances of third-party services.

5. Voice Chat

  1. Voice chat is transmitted in real time to players in the same room. The Developer does not record or store it.
  2. You can turn off your microphone or mute other players.
  3. Each player is responsible for what they say to other players.

6. Updates

The Developer may update the Game to fix errors or improve features. Updates are delivered through the Platform. Only players running the same version of the Game can play together.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases, payments and refunds are governed by the policies of each Platform.

8. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. The Game is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that the Game will run without errors in every environment or suit any particular purpose.
  2. The Developer is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, outages of a Platform or third-party online services, or problems with your device or network.
  3. Paragraphs 1 and 2 do not apply to damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence, or where applicable law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Termination

Your license ends if you breach this Agreement, and you must then delete the Game. You may end this Agreement at any time by deleting the Game.

10. Changes

The Developer may change this Agreement to the extent permitted by law. Changes will be announced through the Platforms with their effective date, and the Platforms may ask you to accept the new version.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not limit any more favorable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
