By playing Dark Looter, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Your use of Steam is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

You must be at least 13 years of age to play Dark Looter. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Dark Looter account is tied to your Steam account, and you are responsible for its use. Do not share access to your Steam account. Only one account per person is permitted — multiple accounts are not allowed.

• Sharing other players' personal data without their consent

DL (Dark Looter Coin) is a fictional in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for any real cryptocurrency. "Mining" DL is a game mechanic only — it does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not use your device's resources for any kind of blockchain computation. Tokens and Premium time are virtual items with no real-world value; refunds follow Steam's refund policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund of any purchased Premium time or Tokens.

Dark Looter is an online service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

Dark Looter is a work of fiction. All IP addresses displayed in the game are randomly generated and entirely fictitious — they do not correspond to any real-world device, network or individual. All attacks, targets, institutions, corporations and governments depicted are fictional and exist solely within the game. The game does not promote, facilitate or instruct any form of real-world cybercrime, hacking or illegal activity.

Dark Looter is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime or any damages arising from your use of the game.
