LittleOutside End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 24, 2026
Licensor: Monduz Games Studio ("we", "us")

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and us regarding LittleOutside (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. This EULA supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement ("SSA"); if they conflict, the SSA prevails.

1. License Grant
1.1 Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the SSA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your own devices. The Software is licensed, not sold.
1.2 You may record, stream and publish footage of the Software, including monetizing such content.

2. Camera and Head Tracking
2.1 The Software's core feature requires a camera. The camera feed is processed in real time on your device only, to calculate your head position. The feed is never saved, and never uploaded or sent to us or any third party.
2.2 You may stop tracking in Settings at any time, which releases the camera immediately, or revoke camera permission in your operating system. Once tracking stops, the view no longer follows you.
2.3 For how personal information is handled, see our Privacy Policy: {PRIVACY POLICY URL}

3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted by this EULA or applicable law, you may not:
(a) rent, sell, lend, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Software;
(b) circumvent or defeat any technical protection measures in the Software;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software;
(d) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
Creating content with our official Mod SDK and publishing it through Steam Workshop does not violate this section.

4. Updates
We may provide updates, fixes or content changes through Steam. Some features may change between versions.

5. Steam Workshop and User-Generated Content
5.1 Workshop items are created and uploaded by other users. Their upload and distribution are governed by Valve's Steam Workshop Legal Agreement and the SSA.
5.2 Workshop items may contain blueprints (executable game logic) written by other users. We do not pre-screen third-party items and make no warranty as to their content, safety or functionality. Whether to subscribe to and load them is your decision.
5.3 Content you upload must be content you have the right to publish, and must not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may, upon report or at our discretion, request removal of infringing items or work with Valve to address them.
5.4 After a Software update, some older items may need to be rebuilt by their authors with the new SDK before they work again.

6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Components
6.1 The Software and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors.
6.2 The Software uses Unreal® Engine and other third-party components, which are subject to their own license terms. The related notices are provided with the Software.
6.3 Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accurate tracking with every camera, hardware setup or lighting condition.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data), and our aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software. This section does not limit liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination
This EULA remains in effect while you comply with it. If you breach it, your license terminates automatically and you must stop using and delete the Software. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of {JURISDICTION}. If you are a consumer, nothing in this EULA affects the mandatory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
