This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Frontmark Games LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), the developer and publisher of Fleets of Valor ("Game"). It covers the Game, its demos, and any updates we provide. By selecting "I Agree," or installing or using the Game after being given an opportunity to review these terms, you accept this Agreement. If you disagree, do not install or use the Game; request a refund where eligible under Steam's policy and applicable law. If you lack legal capacity to accept, your parent or legal guardian must accept on your behalf.
1 License to use the Game
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to install and play your lawfully acquired copy for personal entertainment, subject to this Agreement. Sharing or transfer is allowed only where applicable law or Steam's authorized features permit it. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.
2 Ownership
The Game and its content are owned by Frontmark Games LLC or their respective rights holders. The Game is licensed, not sold. Purchasing or downloading it does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property or grant a separate license to any asset.
3 Protection of game assets
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you must not, under any circumstances, extract or share independently any assets included in the Game, including models, art, textures, animations, music, voice recordings, and sound effects (SFX). You must not rip, upload, distribute, sell, repackage, or reuse these assets separately from the Game, including in other games or projects. This applies to both commercial and noncommercial use.
4 Prohibited uses
You must not distribute pirated or unauthorized copies, rent or sublicense the Game, remove ownership notices, or bypass license protections. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling is prohibited except where applicable law or controlling third-party licenses permit it.
5 Screenshots and gameplay recordings
You may share screenshots and recordings of ordinary gameplay, including reviews, livestreams, and monetized videos, to the extent we hold the necessary rights. You must respect third-party rights and platform rules. This permission does not allow publishing standalone music, sound effects, or other extracted assets.
6 Warranties and future content
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Future features, expansions, or optional content are not promised unless expressly included in your purchase. This does not limit legally required updates or remedies.
7 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Frontmark Games LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from the Game. Our total liability for claims concerning the Game or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
8 Termination
You may end this Agreement by uninstalling the Game and deleting your copies. We may terminate your license for a material breach, subject to any notice and opportunity to remedy required by law. Upon lawful termination, you must stop using the Game and delete your copies. The ownership, asset protection, and liability terms survive termination, subject to applicable law.
9 Legal rights and other terms
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. Separate licenses for third-party or open-source components govern those components where they conflict with this Agreement.
