END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Regnio LTD, operating under the Regnio brand ("we", "us", or "our"). It applies to Turkish Casino Simulator, its updates and any related in-game content that we provide (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game; any refund request is handled under the applicable Steam rules and law.
Your Steam account, purchase, download and use of Steam services are also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable Steam rules. This Agreement adds Game-specific terms; it does not replace those Steam terms or take away rights that the law says you cannot waive.
1. Your licence
Subject to this Agreement and your valid entitlement to the Game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game for your private, non-commercial enjoyment. The Game is licensed, not sold. You may make copies only where Steam's terms or applicable law permit them.
You may not sell or redistribute the Game, use it to operate a commercial gambling service, interfere with its online services, or use cheats or exploits to disrupt other players. Nothing here prevents activities that applicable law expressly allows, including lawful interoperability or backup rights.
2. Simulated gambling and in-game currency
Roulette, card games, bets, chips, cash exchange and winnings in the Game are simulations for entertainment. In-game money and chips have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred outside the Game or used to place real-money bets. The Game does not offer or arrange real-money gambling. Paying for the Game or other content through Steam does not turn in-game chips into money or a financial claim against us.
The Game also contains mature humour and depictions of activities such as smoking, drinking and violence. These are fictional gameplay elements, not instructions or endorsements. Follow the age restrictions and laws that apply where you live.
3. Online play and conduct
If you use multiplayer or other online features, do not harass, threaten, impersonate or dox others; share unlawful or infringing material; use cheats or automation to gain an unfair advantage; or attack, overload or bypass the Game's or Steam's systems. Online sessions may be hosted by other players, and their conduct is not under our complete control. Steam's own conduct rules also apply.
We may moderate or restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct, security risks or legal obligations. We will not remove your legally protected rights to the Game by doing so. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
4. Content you share
If the Game lets you share a name, message, voice, image or other content with players, you remain responsible for it and keep any rights you own. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to transmit, display and temporarily store that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the Game and its online features. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Content you submit through Steam is also subject to Steam's terms.
5. Ownership and third-party material
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, audio and designs, is protected by intellectual-property law and is owned by us or used under licence from its respective owners. Your licence does not give you ownership of those materials. Third-party and open-source components retain their own notices and licences, which are supplied with the Game where applicable.
6. Updates and online availability
We may release patches, balance changes and new content. We may change or discontinue particular online features for technical, security, legal or operational reasons. We will not use this clause to avoid any legal duty to provide the Game in conformity with your purchase or to supply updates required by law. Online play requires a suitable connection and may depend on Steam and other players' availability.
7. Warranties, liability and your legal rights
The Game may contain bugs or experience interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you acquired the Game. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content, refunds or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Ending this Agreement
You may stop using the Game at any time. If you materially breach this Agreement, we may restrict the affected online features or, where legally justified, terminate this Game-specific licence. Steam controls your Steam account and Steam entitlements under its own terms. Ending this Agreement does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it ended or any rights that applicable law preserves.
9. Changes to this Agreement
If we materially change this Agreement, we will provide reasonable notice through Steam, the Game or our website. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Game and seek any remedy available under Steam's rules or applicable law. We will not impose a retroactive change that removes rights already granted to you where the law does not allow it.
10. Crash reporting and voice-betting diagnostics
When crash reporting is enabled, the Game uses Sentry to send diagnostic reports about errors and crashes to help investigate and fix faults. Reports may include technical information about the Game and device, game-log attachments and recent diagnostic messages.
Voice betting is recognised locally. However, recognised speech text, interpreted bets, in-game stake amounts and bet-placement results can appear in the Game's diagnostic messages and logs and may therefore be included in a diagnostic report.
Crash reporting is enabled by default. You can disable it under Settings > Gameplay > Privacy > Send crash reports. Disabling reporting stops future automatic reports; it does not automatically delete reports already received. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@regn.io. Processing remains subject to applicable data-protection law, and acceptance of this Agreement is not consent to processing where separate consent is required.
