This agreement is formulated in order to protect the privacy of the users of the online game "Idle Legend" (hereinafter referred to as "users") and standardize the use of personal information of the users of the online game "Idle Legend",govern the handling of Users’ violations, and set forth the game’s disclaimer.
Please read the following carefully. If users do not agree with any content of this agreement, please do not register or use MagicJelly Games service.
If a user enters the registration procedure and checks "I have read and agree to the User Agreement", it means that the user has reached an agreement with Magic Jelly Games and voluntarily accepts all the contents of this agreement. Thereafter, users shall not make any form of defense without reading the contents of this agreement.
Respecting the privacy of users is a basic policy of MagicJelly Games.
"Privacy" refers to the personal account information provided to Magic Jelly Games by the user when registering the "Idle Legend" account, including the account number and password in the user's registration information. Magic Jelly Games has always actively taken reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and effectiveness of user accounts; Magic Jelly Games will use the collected information in good faith, take effective and necessary measures to protect your privacy, and use commercially sound security technology measures to protect your privacy. Authorized access, use, or leakage.
Magic Jelly Games shares user registration information with Magic Jelly Games affiliates for business purposes. Magic Jelly Games and its affiliates promise to use their personal information in good faith. Magic Jelly Games will not disclose or share accounts, passwords, etc. in user registration information to any party other than its affiliates. Personal account information, except in the following circumstances:
(1) users or user guardians authorize MagicJelly Games to disclose;
(2) the relevant laws require the disclosure of MagicJelly Games;
(3) judicial organs or administrative organs provide MagicJelly Games based on statutory procedures.
(4) MagicJelly Games brings a lawsuit or arbitration to users in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
(5) when providing the user's personal account information with the legal requirements of the guardian.
(6) Users can modify their privacy protocols or stop providing and deleting their own
privacy data by contacting customer service through QQ groups or Discard.
Penalties for Cheating Users
(1) With respect to any conduct that compromises the fairness and balance of the Online Mode of *Hot-Blooded Idle*, including without limitation the use of speed-hack software, client modification, bulk account registration, and exploitation of game bugs, MagicJelly Games reserves the right to implement remedial measures including without limitation temporary account suspension, data rollback, permanent account termination, and IP-based login restriction, for the purpose of preserving the fairness and security of the Game.
(2) With respect to any conduct that targets the servers supporting the Online Mode of "Idle Legend", including without limitation all forms of cyberattacks, MagicJelly Games reserves the right to undertake actions including without limitation evidence preservation to enforce its legal rights and remedies.
Disclaimers
(1) Under exigent circumstances, the servers for the Online Mode of "Idle Legend" may be shut down for maintenance or other necessary operations.
(2) Should the Game require permanent discontinuation of Online Mode service for operational reasons, MagicJelly Games shall provide prior notice to Users. The standalone offline mode of the Game will remain accessible for continued gameplay.
Note: This protocol is only applicable to online game users who use Magic Jelly Games online game services.
