TRACE5 End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of TRACE5 (the “Game”) and is an agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and [Developer Name] (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”).

By installing, launching, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not use the Game.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the applicable terms of the platform through which the Game is provided, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game is licensed, not sold.

2. Ownership

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including its software, graphics, text, audio, video, and other content, are owned by the Developer or their respective rights holders.

This EULA does not transfer to you any ownership rights in the Game or any of its components.

3. Restrictions

Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

* copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or otherwise redistribute the Game or any part of it without authorization;
* reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
* extract, use, or distribute software, assets, or other components of the Game separately from the Game; or
* unlawfully circumvent any technical restrictions or protection measures included in the Game.

4. Unreal Engine

The Game uses Unreal® Engine and related technology licensed from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”) (“Unreal Engine Technology”).

The Unreal Engine Technology is incorporated into the Game as an inseparable part of the Game. Nothing in this EULA grants you any separate right or license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Unreal Engine Technology independently of the Game.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND LIABILITIES OF EPIC AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS RELATING TO THE UNREAL ENGINE TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED INTO THE GAME ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Epic makes no representation or warranty to you regarding the Game and has no obligation to provide support for the Game.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any right or liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

5. Third-Party Software and Content

The Game may include software, libraries, middleware, or other content owned by third parties.

Such components may be subject to separate license terms imposed by their respective rights holders. Any copyright notices, license terms, or other notices required for those components will be provided in the Game or in materials accompanying the Game, as applicable.

6. Steam Terms

If you access or use the Game through Steam, your use of Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable terms established by Valve Corporation.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this EULA limits any rights granted to you under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited or waived by contract.
