Photosensitivity and seizures

Flashing lights and repeating patterns can trigger seizures or loss of awareness in some people, including those with no previous symptoms. If you or anyone in your family has a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before playing.

Stop immediately if symptoms occur

Stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, confusion, convulsions or loss of awareness while playing.

Breaks and comfortable use

Play in a well-lit room, at a comfortable distance from the display, and take regular breaks. Avoid playing when tired or drowsy. Stop if you experience pain, numbness or other discomfort; consult a doctor if symptoms persist or recur.

Children

A parent or guardian should supervise children's play, monitor their playing time and watch for the symptoms described above. This warning is general information and does not replace individual medical advice.

TinSpring Soccer is provided “AS IS”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gaboo Arts Entertainment disclaims warranties and liability for loss or damage arising from use of the game. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The package's LICENSES.txt file contains the licences for the game's components. This document does not restrict rights granted by those licences.

Tournament saves in the full game

The full game saves European and World Championship progress locally, including the tournament match in progress, so you can continue later. A local save does not by itself provide cloud synchronization between computers.

Language versions

English is the reference version of this document. Other language versions are translations. If there is a discrepancy, the English version prevails only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, including any legally required interpretation in the consumer’s favour.
