## 1. DEFINITIONS

**“Game”** means TEXAS DOMINOES and all related software, executable files, audiovisual content, documentation, updates, patches, downloadable content, demos, online functionality, websites, and services provided by or on behalf of Publisher.
**“Online Services”** means online multiplayer, authentication, cross-platform connectivity, room or join codes, player communications, account linking, statistics, achievements, cloud functionality, user-content transmission, and other network-connected features.
**“Platform”** means any third-party store, device, operating system, service, or distribution channel through which the Game is obtained, accessed, or used, including but not limited to Steam, the Microsoft Store, Xbox services, Google Play, the Apple App Store, Epic Games Store, console marketplaces, cloud gaming services, and any other current or future platform, storefront, or distribution system operated by a third party or made available through evolving technologies, together with their respective operators.
**“Third-Party Services”** means services, software, networks, platforms, accounts, and infrastructure provided by parties other than Publisher. Third-Party Services may include Epic Online Services, Steam, Microsoft services, Apple services, Google services, internet service providers, hosting providers, content-delivery networks, and telecommunications providers.

User Content may include display names, chat messages, custom domino skins, images, animations, Workshop items, profile information, screenshots, reports, and other uploaded or transmitted material.
## 2. ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13 years of age.
You must be at least 13 years old to independently use the Game’s Online Services and User Content features, and certain Online Services providers or platform partners may impose additional age restrictions or eligibility requirements that must also be satisfied. A higher minimum age may apply where required by the laws of your country or region, or by the terms of the applicable Online Services provider.
If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use the Game, the parent or guardian agrees to this Agreement and accepts responsibility for the minor’s use of the Game.
Children under 13 may not use Online Services, chat, account-linking, or User Content features unless Publisher expressly provides a legally compliant parental-consent process and such use is also permitted by any applicable Online Services provider terms.
Publisher may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user does not satisfy applicable age requirements, including those imposed by third-party Online Services providers or platform operators.
## 3. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement and any applicable Platform terms, Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:
1. Download and install the Game on compatible devices that you own or control;
2. Access and play the Game for your personal, noncommercial entertainment; and
3. Use authorized Online Services and features made available to you.
The Game is licensed, not sold. Your purchase or acquisition of the Game does not transfer ownership of the Game, its code, artwork, sounds, trademarks, characters, interface, gameplay systems, documentation, or other intellectual property.
The license does not include any ownership interest in the Game or any right to use the Game for commercial purposes except where Publisher has expressly authorized such use in writing.
## 4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
Except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot legally be restricted, you may not:
1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, modify, or attempt to derive the Game’s source code;
3. Bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent authentication systems, security measures, digital-rights-management systems, access controls, or technical restrictions;
4. Modify the Game except through tools or modding features expressly authorized by Publisher;
5. Use cheats, bots, macros, automation tools, trainers, exploits, unauthorized modifications, packet manipulation, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage or interfere with normal gameplay;
6. Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior instead of reporting them to Publisher;
7. Operate or participate in unauthorized servers, matchmaking systems, emulators, or services that imitate or interfere with the Game or Online Services;
8. Intercept, mine, scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Game, its users, or its network traffic through unauthorized means;
9. Upload or introduce viruses, malicious code, corrupted data, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful material;
10. Use the Game to violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
11. Remove, alter, conceal, or circumvent copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
12. Impersonate Publisher, another player, a Platform operator, Epic Games, or any other person or organization;
13. Use the Game for commercial gambling, wagering, betting, money transmission, or contests involving real-world value; or
14. Encourage, assist, or enable another person to do any of the foregoing.
Publisher may investigate suspected violations using information lawfully available to us and may take appropriate enforcement action.
## 5. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Publisher and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all computer code and software, game mechanics and systems to the extent legally protectable, artwork, user interfaces, animations, audiovisual material, music, and sound effects, text, dialogue, instructions, documentation, and marketing material, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding, updates, modifications, adaptations, and derivative works, as well as all associated copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade-secret rights, and other intellectual-property rights.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
“Signal Boost Publishing,” the Game’s name and logo, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without Publisher’s prior written permission.
## 6. PLATFORMS AND ADDITIONAL TERMS
Your use of the Game may also be governed by agreements between you and the applicable Platform operator.
You must comply with all applicable Platform rules, account requirements, payment terms, community standards, subscription terms, family-sharing rules, and acceptable-use policies.
If this Agreement conflicts with mandatory Platform terms concerning your use of that Platform, the mandatory Platform terms will control only to the extent of that conflict.
Platform operators are not responsible for developing, operating, supporting, or maintaining the Game except to the extent expressly required by their own terms or applicable law.
Actions taken by a Platform operator—including suspension of your Platform account, removal of the Game from a store, service outages, refund decisions, or changes to Platform functionality—may affect your ability to obtain, launch, update, or use the Game. Publisher does not control those actions.
## 7. ONLINE MULTIPLAYER AND EPIC ONLINE SERVICES
### 7.1 Dependency on Third-Party Infrastructure
The Game’s Online Services may rely partly or entirely on Third-Party Services, including **Epic Online Services (“EOS”)**, Platform services, internet infrastructure, hosting providers, network relays, authentication systems, and other systems not owned or controlled by Publisher.
Online multiplayer may require a compatible version of the Game, a compatible device and operating system, an active internet connection, and an active Platform account. It may also require successful authentication, applicable Platform subscriptions, compatible network configurations, acceptance of third-party terms, and continued availability of Third-Party Services.
### 7.2 No Guarantee of Online Availability
PUBLISHER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ONLINE MULTIPLAYER OR ANY OTHER ONLINE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE. The Game does not guarantee that Online Services will connect every player successfully, maintain any particular connection speed or latency, or support every network, router, firewall, device, or platform. It also does not guarantee permanent cross-platform play, preservation of room codes, join codes, connections, statistics, or other online data, or continued compatibility with future platform or operating-system changes. Additionally, the Game does not guarantee continued use of Epic Online Services (EOS) or any specific third-party provider.
EOS, Platform services, or other Third-Party Services may experience outages, maintenance, errors, cyberattacks, capacity limitations, policy changes, technical changes, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent discontinuation.
An outage, restriction, modification, suspension, or discontinuation of EOS or another Third-Party Service may make online multiplayer partly or entirely unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, purchasing or obtaining the Game does not guarantee perpetual access to online multiplayer, cross-platform play, servers, relay services, matchmaking, authentication, or any other Online Service.
Publisher is not obligated to replace EOS or another discontinued Third-Party Service with a different provider.
### 7.3 Changes to Online Services
Publisher may modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue an Online Service where reasonably necessary for: security; legal or regulatory compliance; technical limitations; lack of third-party availability; excessive operating costs; insufficient usage; Platform requirements; prevention of fraud or abuse; maintenance or updates; or discontinuation of support for the Game.
Where reasonably practical, Publisher may provide advance notice of a material permanent discontinuation. However, advance notice may not be possible when a Third-Party Service changes or becomes unavailable unexpectedly.
### 7.4 Join Codes and Invitations
Room codes, join codes, invitations, and similar credentials should be treated as access information.
Anyone who receives a valid code may be able to join the corresponding session. You are responsible for deciding who receives your code and for avoiding public disclosure unless you intend to permit public access.
Publisher is not responsible when an unintended person joins a session because a player disclosed, forwarded, guessed, or failed to protect a join code.
### 7.5 Network and Data Charges
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for internet access, mobile data, equipment, Platform subscriptions, and other services necessary to use Online Services.
Your internet provider or mobile carrier may charge data or usage fees.
## 8. PLAYER CONDUCT
When using multiplayer, chat, User Content, or other community features, you may not:
1. Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, or abuse another person;
2. Use discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, grossly offensive, or violent content;
3. Encourage self-harm, violence, terrorism, or unlawful activity;
4. Share another person’s private or identifying information without authorization;
5. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
6. Spam, flood, advertise, solicit, or distribute unauthorized promotional content;
7. Transmit scams, phishing attempts, fraudulent offers, or deceptive links;
8. Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights;
9. Distribute malware or instructions intended to compromise a device, account, or network;
10. Interfere with another player’s ability to use or enjoy the Game;
11. Evade a suspension, content restriction, or account enforcement action;
12. Falsely report another player or abuse reporting or moderation systems; or
13. Use the Game to arrange unlawful gambling, financial transactions, or exchanges of real-world value.
Publisher may consider the context, severity, frequency, and available evidence when enforcing these rules.
## 9. TEXT CHAT AND PLAYER COMMUNICATIONS
The Game may allow players to send text messages or other communications to one another.
Player communications are User Content. Publisher does not endorse player communications and cannot guarantee that communications will be accurate, appropriate, lawful, or suitable for every user.
Publisher may provide blocking, muting, filtering, or reporting features, but does not guarantee that such features will always prevent unwanted content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Publisher has no obligation to monitor every communication, and the failure to detect or remove any content does not constitute approval or endorsement of that content; however, Publisher may review content or related records when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, protect users, enforce this Agreement, maintain security, or comply with applicable law, and may remove content or restrict access without first notifying the person who submitted it.
Do not disclose passwords, financial information, government identifiers, precise location information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through player communications.
Messages sent to other players should not be considered private or confidential.
## 10. USER CONTENT AND CUSTOM DOMINO SKINS
### 10.1 Ownership
As between you and Publisher, you retain any ownership rights you legally hold in your User Content.
Publisher does not claim ownership of your original User Content merely because you submit it through the Game.
### 10.2 License to Publisher
By submitting User Content, you grant Publisher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, copy, reproduce, encode, compress, resize, crop, convert, adapt for technical compatibility, transmit, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use the User Content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, troubleshoot, and promote the Game and its User Content features.
This license includes the right to transmit your content to other players and Third-Party Services as necessary for the intended feature.
The license ends when the User Content is deleted from our active systems, except that:
1. Content may remain temporarily in backups or technical caches;
2. Content already shared with or downloaded by others may remain in their possession;
3. Publisher may retain evidence reasonably necessary for enforcement, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance; and
4. Promotional material created with your permission before deletion may continue to be used.
### 10.3 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that:
1. You own the User Content or have all permissions needed to submit and license it;
2. The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other right;
3. The User Content does not contain malicious code, hidden executables, exploits, corrupted data, or harmful material;
4. The User Content complies with this Agreement and applicable law;
5. The User Content does not contain another person’s personal information without appropriate permission; and
6. You have obtained any legally required consent from individuals appearing in the content.
### 10.4 Prohibited User Content
User Content may not contain or promote unlawful material; copyright or trademark infringement; pornography or sexually explicit material; sexual content involving minors; exploitation or abuse of children; credible threats or instructions for violence; hateful or discriminatory content; terrorist propaganda; malware, spyware, viruses, or harmful code; scams, phishing, or fraudulent offers; doxxing or nonconsensual disclosure of personal information; deceptive impersonation; commercial advertising not authorized by Publisher; or any content otherwise prohibited by applicable Platform or Workshop rules.
### 10.5 Moderation and Removal
Publisher may, but is not obligated to, inspect, reject, remove, disable, restrict, reformat, or delete User Content.
Publisher may take action when content violates this Agreement, violates Platform rules, creates security or performance risks, generates legal complaints, causes technical problems, is incompatible with updated requirements, is abandoned or unused, exceeds storage or file-size limits, or is otherwise reasonably considered harmful to the Game or its users.
Publisher does not guarantee that User Content will be stored permanently or remain compatible with future versions of the Game.
You should retain your own backup copies.
### 10.6 Third-Party Workshops
User Content submitted through Steam Workshop or another third-party content platform is also subject to that platform’s separate terms.
Publisher does not control the continued availability, moderation, ownership rules, storage, or operation of a third-party Workshop.
## 11. ENFORCEMENT, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
Publisher may take one or more of the following actions in response to an actual or reasonably suspected violation:
Publisher may take enforcement actions including issuing a warning, removing or disabling User Content, muting or restricting communications, restricting multiplayer access, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating access to Online Services, blocking devices, accounts, or identifiers where legally permissible, reporting activity to a Platform operator, preserving relevant evidence, reporting unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities, or pursuing available legal remedies.
Publisher may take immediate action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, serious harassment, child-safety concerns, malicious content, repeated infringement, or risk to users or services.
A suspension from Online Services does not necessarily entitle you to a refund.
Termination of your access does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
## 12. NO GAMBLING OR REAL-WORLD VALUE
The Game is provided solely for entertainment.
Game points, scores, wins, losses, rankings, achievements, dominoes, cosmetics, custom skins, and other game-related items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, goods, services, or legal tender through Publisher.
Publisher does not operate or authorize wagering, gambling, betting, prize pools, or financial contests through the Game.
You may not use the Game, its communications, its multiplayer functionality, or its results to facilitate unlawful gambling or betting.
Publisher does not guarantee that scores, randomization, computer-controlled opponents, network results, or game outcomes are suitable for any wagering, tournament, professional, or financial purpose.
## 13. GAME RULES, COMPUTER OPPONENTS, AND RESULTS
The Game is an entertainment product and may include digital interpretations of domino rules that vary by region, household, league, or tradition.
Publisher does not guarantee that the Game implements every regional rules variation, that scoring will be free from software errors, or that computer-controlled opponents will behave as intended under the Game’s programmed logic.
