"THE PURRCHEFS" END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Issued by KİLLER DUCK STUDİOSOYUN YAZILIM DONANIM ARGE TASARIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Last updated: 02 October
2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") sets out the rules for using The PurrChefs
(the "Game"). It is a legal agreement between you and us. We have kept it as short and plain as we can. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not buy, download, install or play the Game.
This EULA applies to every version of the Game we make available, including any demo, playtest, pre-release build and the full release, and to any updates and patches.
The Game is distributed through Steam, operated by Valve Corporation and its affiliates.
You need a Steam account to play, and your use of Steam is governed by the Steam
SubscriberAgreement. If this EULA and the Steam SubscriberAgreement conflict, the
Steam SubscriberAgreement takes precedence. Refunds for purchases made on Steam
are handled under the Steam Refund Policy.
You may only use the Game and its online features, including text and voice chat, if you are 18 or older, or if you are at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and your parent or legal guardian has read this EULA, explained it to you and agreed to it on your behalf. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian is responsible for your use of the Game.

losses and reasonable legal costs this causes us, to the extent the law allows.
Online play
The Game's multiplayer modes need an internet connection and rely on Steam and other third-party services for matchmaking, networking and voice chat. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or performance.
We will use reasonable skill and care to keep online play running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, free of lag or free of interruptions. We may change, limit or end online features for good reasons, such as security, legal requirements, or if running them is no longer viable. Where we plan to permanently shut down online play in a version you paid for, we will give reasonable advance notice on the Game's Steam page.
When you play online, other players will see your Steam name and profile picture, and may
hear and read what you say in chat.
Cheating and fair play
The Game is built around fair matches between players. Any attempt, direct or indirect, to gain an unfair advantage over other players breaks this EULA. In particular, you must not:

- Read, alter or inject into the Game's memory or files, or intercept, modify or forge the Game's network traffic.
- Deliberately exploit bugs, glitches or design flaws to gain an advantage, or share ways of doing so. If you find one, report it to us.
- Crash, lag, disconnect or otherwise disrupt other players, matches or servers, for example by flooding them with traffic.
- Manipulate matchmaking or results, including boosting, deliberately losing in agreement with others (win-trading), or playing on someone else's account.
- Get around a ban or restriction, for example by using another account.

share in it. When using chat, your player name, or any other part of the Game, you must not:

- A warning.
- A temporary mute or chat restriction.
- A temporary suspension from online play or matchmaking.
- A permanent ban from online play, or termination of your licence to the Game.
If you are banned or restricted for breaking this EULA, you are not entitled to a refund,
unless the law that applies to you says otherwise.

Demo and pre-release versions
We may offer free demos, playtests or other pre-release versions of the Game. These are unfinished, may contain bugs, and are offered free of charge "as is". We may change, limit or end them at any time without notice. Progress, statistics and unlocks in these versions may be reset and may not carry over to the full release.
Please do not share builds, footage or information from any closed playtest if we have
asked you to keep it confidential.
Our liability
Nothing in this EULA limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded or limited. In particular:
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
