POOL OF RADIANCE: RUINS OF MYTH DRANNOR – END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Last update: November 6th, 2026

Thank you for your interest in Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor! This document talks about a few details which we think are important for you to be aware of. Yes, it's a legally binding text, but as you will see, we really stripped it down to the essentials.

1. Agreement. This agreement is between you and SNEG Ltd. registered at Office 409b, 182-184 High Street North, E6 2JA, London, United Kingdom. It has legal force and binding power. We may update this agreement in the future. For any questions about this agreement or your data, write to us at support@sneg.io.
2. Crash Reports. If the game crashes, it generates a crash report on your computer and, with your consent in the crash dialog, sends it to BugSplat (BugSplat LLC, USA), a third-party service we use to understand the nature of issues you might encounter. A crash report contains technical data strictly related to the game: the state of the game's memory at the moment of the crash, the game's logs and your system specification. It is not linked to your Steam or GOG account, and your IP address is not stored. Any name, email or comment you type into the crash dialog is optional and is used only to follow up on that crash. Crash reports are automatically deleted after 90 days; you can ask us to delete yours earlier by writing to the address above.
3. Patches and changes. We may update Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor which then will result in mandatory updates for the game. This could also lead to the adjustment of system requirements. Such changes and updates may happen without notice or liability to you.
4. Trademarks. Dungeons & Dragons, D&D, Forgotten Realms, Pool of Radiance and their respective logos are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC and are used under licence.
5. Digital Distribution Platform Agreement. For any other legal matters please refer to the current edition of the respective Digital Distribution Platform Agreement (i.e. Steam's Subscriber Agreement, GOG User Agreement, etc.).
