This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” or “User”) and CryoTorch Studio (“CryoTorch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your use of GlowFall (the “Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Game.

GlowFall, including its source code, software, game systems, artwork, graphics, audio, music, characters, story, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to CryoTorch Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a license to use the Game; you do not receive ownership of the Game or any of its intellectual property.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CryoTorch Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for its intended purpose as a video game.
All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by CryoTorch Studio.

Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law, you may not:
redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer copies of the Game;
copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Game or its assets;
extract, repurpose, or reuse the Game’s assets, including artwork, models, audio, music, characters, or other content, as standalone materials;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Game, except to the extent such activity cannot legally be restricted under applicable law;
commercially exploit the Game itself or distribute the Game or its assets as part of another product or service without written permission from CryoTorch Studio.

You are permitted to create, record, stream, publish, share, review, and monetize videos, livestreams, screenshots, and other content featuring the Game, including through platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the Game or its assets to you and does not permit you to redistribute the Game itself or its assets as standalone products.

The Game may contain software, technology, artwork, audio, or other materials owned or licensed by third parties.
Such third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Nothing in this Agreement grants you rights to third-party materials beyond the rights necessary to use the Game as intended.

This license is effective until terminated.
Your license will automatically terminate if you materially violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete copies of the Game in your possession or control, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

All rights in the Game and its intellectual property that are not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by CryoTorch Studio.
