CRICKET MANAGEMENT TYCOON 2026
END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Version 2.0 — Effective 6 October 2026
Publisher: Joynix Games

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. It is a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Joynix Games ("Publisher", "we", "us") governing your installation and use of Cricket Management Tycoon 2026, including its software, artwork, audio, data, updates and documentation (together, the "Game"). By installing, accessing or playing the Game, or by selecting any option indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Game.

1. Definitions

"Content" means all text, data, images, artwork, animation, audio, music, statistics, fictional persons and teams, tournament formats, algorithms and other material in the Game. "Game Data" means save files, career progress, settings and other information generated while you play. "Update" means any patch, fix, expansion, balance change, data refresh or new version of the Game that we make available. "Territory" means any country in which distribution of the Game is lawful.

2. Licence grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, the Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and run one copy of the Game on devices that you own or control, solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment.

The Game is licensed to you, not sold. This Agreement transfers no ownership of the Game, the Content, or any intellectual property right to you.

3. Licence restrictions

Except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you must not, and must not permit others to: (a) sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it; (b) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms or file formats, including the match engine and simulation data; (d) extract, rip or redistribute artwork, audio, animation, icons, databases or rating data; (e) remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice; (f) circumvent or disable any access control, licence check, version check or technical protection; (g) use the Game to develop a competing product or to train, benchmark or fine-tune any machine-learning system.

You must not use cheats, bots, memory editors, save-file editors, automation or unauthorised third-party software to alter or interfere with the operation of the Game where doing so is not expressly provided by the Game itself.

4. Ownership and reservation of rights

The Game and all Content, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, design rights, database rights and trade secrets in them, are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

"Cricket Management Tycoon", the Publisher's name and logos, and the Game's emblems and icons are trademarks of the Publisher. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use them.

5. Fictional content and no affiliation

The Game contains fictional people, players, squads, statistics, results and events, including the "Classic World Cup" competitions, whose participants and scorelines are invented and do not represent real individuals or real matches. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Country and club names are used only to describe the setting of the simulation. The Game is an independent work. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any cricket governing body, tournament organiser, league, club, national team or player, and no such body's trademarks, logos or kits are used or licensed.

6. Updates, changes and availability

We may provide Updates that add, change or remove features, Content, balance, difficulty or system requirements. Some Updates may be required to continue playing, and may modify or reset parts of your Game Data to maintain compatibility. Updates are governed by this Agreement unless they come with their own terms.

We may suspend, modify or discontinue any feature, service or the Game itself, in whole or in part, at any time. Where required by law, we will give reasonable notice and any refund or remedy you are entitled to.

7. Game Data, saves and backups

Your career progress is stored as Game Data on your device. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups. Game Data may be lost, corrupted or become incompatible because of device faults, user action, malicious software or Updates, and we are not obliged to recover it.

Game Data has no monetary value. You acquire no property right in any virtual item, rating, record, achievement or progress in the Game, all of which remain part of the licensed software.

8. Privacy and data protection

We respect your privacy. The Game is designed to work on your device and does not require you to create an account. To the extent the Game or an Update processes diagnostic or technical information, for example crash reports or version numbers, we use it only to operate, secure, support and improve the Game, and we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

We do not sell personal information. Where law requires, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, using the support contact supplied with your copy of the Game.

9. Internet features and third-party services

Where a feature connects to the internet or a third-party platform, for example a store, a cloud-save service or an operating-system service, your use of that service is governed by the service provider's terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for any data charges. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Third-party and open-source components

The Game includes third-party software libraries and fonts, some under open-source licences. Those components remain the property of their owners and are licensed under their own terms, which prevail over this Agreement for those components only. Nothing in this Agreement restricts any right you have under such an open-source licence.

11. User conduct

You agree to use the Game lawfully and respectfully. If the Game lets you name teams, players or saves, you must not enter text that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, infringing, or that impersonates a real person or organisation in a misleading way.

You are responsible for any content you enter. You grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process such content only as needed to operate and support the Game.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or bug reports, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, and that you will not be entitled to any credit or payment for them.

13. Streaming, video and non-commercial sharing

You may record and share screenshots and gameplay video of the Game, including on streaming and social platforms, provided the use is non-commercial or incidental to commentary, review or criticism, does not disclose unreleased material, does not misrepresent the Game, and complies with the platform's own rules. You may not distribute extracted Content on its own.

We may withdraw this permission for any particular use that we reasonably consider harmful or misleading.

14. Age and eligibility

You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts this Agreement on your behalf and who is responsible for your use of the Game.

15. Export and sanctions compliance

You must comply with all export-control, sanctions and import laws that apply to the Game. You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a place where the Game may not lawfully be supplied, and are not barred from receiving it under applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, that results of the simulation are accurate predictions of real cricket, or that the Game will work with every device or configuration.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Game will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Game in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal sum of ten (10) US dollars.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement or your unlawful use of the Game.

19. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints

If you believe Content in the Game infringes your intellectual-property rights, send a written notice to the support contact supplied with your copy of the Game, identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details, together with a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorised. We will review notices promptly and may remove material while we do.

20. Term and termination

This Agreement applies from your first installation or use of the Game and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies.

Your rights end automatically, without notice, if you materially breach this Agreement. On termination you must stop using the Game and delete all copies. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including those on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, will survive.

21. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements or business changes. The revised version applies from the date shown in the Game, and your continued use after that date means you accept it. If a change is materially adverse to you and you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the Game.

22. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of habitual residence where mandatory consumer law gives you that right. Before starting formal proceedings, each party agrees to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other.

23. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded by contract. Nothing in this Agreement affects those rights.

24. General

Entire agreement: this Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Publisher about the Game and replaces earlier understandings on that subject. Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Agreement remains in force. No waiver: a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Assignment: you may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our written consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or successor. Notices: we may give notice by displaying it in the Game or through the support contact. Language: if this Agreement is translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. Force majeure: neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

25. Contact

Questions about this Agreement, or requests under it, may be directed to Joynix Games through the support contact provided with your copy of the Game.

By continuing to use Cricket Management Tycoon 2026 you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and that you accept its terms. Version 2.0, effective 6 October 2026.
