MugenHeart for PC Steam local edition is an AI conversation card player provided by Tips co.,ltd. Revised October 2, 2026.

The app generates dialogue on your PC using a local AI model and compatible bundled or imported cards. You may use a lawfully acquired copy under the applicable purchase conditions and these terms. Purchasing the app does not transfer rights in other parties’ cards or materials.

You must check that you have the rights or permissions needed for text, settings, cards, and materials you supply. You decide whether to save, use, publish, or distribute outputs, and are responsible for checking their content and third-party rights before doing so. This clause does not transfer the provider’s statutory responsibilities to you.

Replies may contain errors, contradictions, or unintended content. Do not treat them as statements by real people or professional advice. Accuracy, reproduction of every card instruction, and absence of third-party rights issues are not universally guaranteed. Summaries may omit details. Any rights in outputs and their ownership depend on applicable law and rights in the source materials.

Conversations are generated on this PC. No external AI API key, subscription, or usage charges are required. The app uses GPU, memory, and other resources; loading and response times vary by hardware. Steam downloads, updates, and external websites require connectivity. You bear your own equipment, electricity, and connectivity costs. Before purchasing, check the system requirements on the Steam store page. Your PC must support the bundled model.

Do not violate applicable law or others’ copyright, privacy, or other rights; create, use, or distribute illegal content; or use the app for threats, fraud, or similar unlawful acts. Generating content locally does not authorize these activities.

Follow the age ratings and access conditions applicable in your Steam sales region. Minors must review these terms with a parent or guardian and obtain their consent before use. Bundled content is not intended to depict explicit sexual content; this is not an official all-ages rating or a guarantee that every generated result, including results from imported cards, is safe.

Statements about AI outputs do not exclude the provider’s legal duties or your statutory rights. The provider is liable under applicable law for loss attributable to it. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited is not excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for loss arising from your inputs, card choices, or use or publication of outputs where that loss is not attributable to the provider.

Read these terms before selecting Agree. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and consent obtained where required by law. Japanese law governs these terms without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence or purchase and refund rights on Steam. Steam purchases, payments, and refunds are subject to the applicable Steam conditions. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy.

Conversations, card settings, diaries, state records, preferences, AI summary caches, and diagnostic logs are stored on your PC. They are not sent to external AI services to generate replies. The app has no feature that automatically collects them for the provider. Steam and external websites you open process data under their own policies. Information you choose to share or send for support goes to its recipients. Manage access to your PC and backups. Uninstalling or deleting items in the interface may not remove all files, including summary caches.
