End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Oneul Bros ("Developer") regarding the use of the video game POOL LOOP ("Software").

1. License
The Software is licensed, not sold. Oneul Bros grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including its original code, design, visual elements, audio, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Oneul Bros, except for third-party software, technology, assets, and other materials, which remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oneul Bros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

POOL LOOP uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
