1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or playing OutBreak: The Last Survivor ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.

2. LICENSE GRANT
YendriDev ("The Developer") grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All intellectual property rights belong to the Developer.

3. MULTIPLAYER AND ANTI-CHEAT
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all survivors, the use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in multiplayer or co-op modes is strictly prohibited. The Developer reserves the right to ban or restrict access to multiplayer features for any user found violating this rule, without the right to claim a refund.

4. STREAMING AND CONTENT CREATION
We fully support our community of content creators. You are explicitly granted permission to capture, record, stream, and monetize video content of the Game on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")
The Game is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. As an indie project in continuous development, bugs, glitches, or crashes may occur. The Developer is not liable for any loss of data, corrupted save files, lost in-game items, or loss of progress caused by the software.

6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
