Fugitive Free Rider End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: [2026-02-12]
This Agreement is between [nStarcube Moka Sphere] ("Company") and you, the user of "Fugitive Free Rider" (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Game and its content belong to Company or its licensors, including character and VTuber rights holders. This content includes 3D models, textures, animations, characters, voices, music, and program code.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Extract, copy, or convert any Game content, including 3D models, textures, animations, voices, and music;
Distribute, share, sell, or upload extracted content, or use it in any other game, video, VR/metaverse service, 3D printing, or other medium;
Circumvent, disable, or defeat any encryption or protection technology in the Game files or the running Game;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or analyze or modify the memory of the running Game;
Do any of the above by any means, including automated tools, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, or third-party assistance, or publish or distribute methods for doing so;
Create, use, or distribute mods, cheats, or modification programs not authorized by Company;
Modify Game files or distribute modified files.
Nothing in this section restricts any activity that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Streaming and Video Content
You may freely stream, create videos, and post screenshots of Game play footage, including on monetized channels. However, using content obtained by any means other than recording the Game screen, such as model or texture files, is not permitted.
5. Enforcement
If you violate this Agreement, Company may:
Restrict your access to the Game and its online features;
Request removal of leaked content, including notices under the DMCA and other applicable laws;
Take civil or criminal legal action, including claims for damages.
6. Termination
Your license terminates automatically, without notice, if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the Game and all copies.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The [Seoul Central District Court] has jurisdiction over disputes in the first instance. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence prevail where applicable.
