Please read this agreement carefully. By clicking "Accept" or launching the game, you agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant
VIOE grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and play the game on your personal computer (PC) solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the game.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, source code, designs, 3D models, text, audio, and music within the game are the exclusive property of VIOE. Extracting or reusing any game assets for other projects, including assets built using the Unity engine, is strictly prohibited.
3. Strict Restrictions
To protect the rights of the studio and the integrity of the gameplay experience, you are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
Reverse Engineering and Modification: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, or attempting to extract the source code or files of the game.
Modding: Creating or distributing any mods, third-party software, or add-ons that alter the original design or programming of the game.
Cheating in Co-op Mode: Using cheats, exploiting bugs, or manipulating server/network files to disrupt the cooperative multiplayer experience or harm other players.
Commercial Exploitation: Renting, selling, or exploiting the game or any part of it for commercial purposes without prior written consent from VIOE.
4. Multiplayer and Moderation
In Co-op mode, VIOE reserves the absolute right to ban any player or suspend their access to multiplayer services if they violate this agreement, without prior notice or compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
The game is provided "As Is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VIOE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, health-related damages, data loss, or hardware failure) arising from the use or inability to use the game.
You agree to indemnify and hold VIOE harmless from any lawsuits or legal claims arising from your use of the game in violation of this agreement.
6. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the game and its files in your possession.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
