Article 1 (Information We Collect and Legal Basis)
TBH: Task Bar Hero follows a data minimization policy: the Company collects only

Note : During this retention period, the right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17)
may be restricted under GDPR Art. 17(3)(e) and the Company's

under its own Privacy Policy). No additional personal data is transferred to
Valve beyond what is technically required for platform operation.
3. Steam Marketplace transactions are processed on the Steam platform; the related
transaction records are collected and held by Valve Corporation under its own

Article 1 (Information We Collect and Legal Basis)
TBH: Task Bar Hero follows a data minimization policy: the Company collects only

and prevent abuse. The Company does not use advertising or third-party analytics
SDKs.

Note: Steam Marketplace transactions are processed on the Steam platform; the
related transaction records are held by Valve Corporation, not by the Company.
