END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Rodrigo Banzato ("Licensor") for the video game "Just Madness: Earth Apocalypse 1979" ("Game").
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial gameplay on a single device, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
- Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game.
3. PROHIBITION ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TRAINING
You expressly agree that you shall not use, and shall not permit any third party to use, the Game, its source code, audio, video, graphics, gameplay footage, screenshots, or any other assets or outputs generated by the Game, directly or indirectly, as an input, prompt, or training data for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, neural network, or generative AI program, model, or algorithm. Any unauthorized use of the Game or its gameplay footage for AI training purposes constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and a violation of our intellectual property rights.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & STREAMING
You may create, upload, and stream gameplay videos and screenshots of the Game on public platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, etc.) for non-commercial entertainment purposes, provided that you do not sell, license, or allow these videos to be scraped or used by third parties for AI training as restricted in Section 3.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
