This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") applies to Hyphen ("the Game"), developed under the FarSpace Studios name and published by Aremtec Group Ltd ("we", "us" or "our").
FarSpace Studios is the game development name used by Aremtec Group Ltd and is not a separate legal entity.
By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
Aremtec Group Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use Hyphen for your own lawful use, subject to this Agreement and the applicable Steam terms.
Hyphen and its original software, artwork, audio and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
2. User-Generated Content
Hyphen includes a Level Editor and Steam Workshop integration that allow users to create, upload, share and download levels, objects, music and other user-generated content ("User Content").
You are responsible for any User Content that you create or upload.
By uploading or publishing User Content, you confirm that you either:
created and own the content; or
have all necessary permission and rights to use and distribute it.
You must not upload copyrighted music, artwork, audio or other material unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder to use and distribute it.
Purchasing or otherwise obtaining a copy of music, artwork or other content does not necessarily give you permission to redistribute it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the copyright, intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person.
3. Steam Workshop
Content uploaded through Steam Workshop is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Workshop terms and other applicable Steam rules.
We may remove, report or restrict User Content where we reasonably believe that it infringes another person's rights, violates applicable Steam rules, contains malicious material or otherwise breaches this Agreement.
Community Levels and other User Content are created by individual users and are not necessarily created, reviewed or endorsed by Aremtec Group Ltd.
4. Permission to Use Workshop Content
You retain any rights you hold in original User Content that you create.
By publishing User Content for Hyphen, you give Aremtec Group Ltd permission to use, display and reproduce that content where reasonably necessary to operate, support or promote Hyphen and its community features, including showcasing community creations in screenshots, videos, social media or other promotional material.
This does not transfer ownership of your original work to Aremtec Group Ltd.
5. Updates and Third-Party Services
Hyphen may be updated from time to time.
Features that depend on third-party services, including Steam Workshop, may be affected by the availability or operation of those services.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
