# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms between the player (“User”) and **Nons Games** (“Developer”), the developer and publisher of *Weed Store Simulator* (“Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
## 1. License to use the Game
Subject to this Agreement and the rules of the platform through which you obtained the Game, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.
## 2. Ownership
The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, text, designs, and other content, belongs to the Developer or the respective rights holders. Obtaining the Game does not grant you the right to reproduce, sell, or distribute its content outside the intended use of the Game.
## 3. Restricted uses
Except where permitted by applicable law or the rules of the platform through which you obtained the Game, you may not:
- Sell, rent, or distribute copies of the Game without permission.
- Use Game files or content as part of another product without the Developer’s permission.
- Use the Game through methods intended to bypass ownership or access controls.
- Use the Game in a way that infringes the rights of others.
You may make videos and livestreams featuring the Game and monetize them in accordance with the relevant platform’s rules. This permission does not allow you to distribute the Game’s files or content as a separate product.
## 4. Fictional content
*Weed Store Simulator* is an entertainment product. The cultivation, processing, and sale of cannabis depicted in the Game are part of a fictional simulation; they are not instructions or legal advice for real-world production or sales. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable where they live.
## 5. Updates and features
The Developer may release updates to fix issues, improve the Game, or balance its content. Updates may change gameplay mechanics and existing features. Features provided through a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s services and rules.
## 6. Purchases and refunds
Purchases, downloads, and refunds are subject to the terms of the store through which you obtained the Game and applicable consumer law. This Agreement does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
## 7. Warranties and liability
The Developer will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Game and address reported issues but does not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors on every device. Any limitation of the Developer’s liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be limited.
## 8. Termination
If you materially breach this Agreement, the Developer may terminate your license to use the Game in connection with that breach, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the license ends, you must stop using the Game. This section is subject to the rules of the platform through which you obtained the Game and your legal rights.
## 9. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement when necessary. Material changes will be communicated to Users through a reasonable method. The effect of any change is subject to applicable law.
## 10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the User’s place of residence.
