This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the video game Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy, including the digital and physical retail edition marketed as Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy - Deluxe Upgrade, and Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy - Deluxe Edition, Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy - Bonus Content, and any other edition or bundle thereof (collectively, the "Game"), developed by Stormind S.r.l. ("Stormind Games") and published by Stormind S.r.l., as well as by the regional licensees indicated in Section 2 for their respective territories.
By installing, downloading, or using the Game, the user ("you") accepts the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, download, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Stormind Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the Game, including software, source code, characters, settings, graphics, music, dialogue, text, logos, and any other content, are owned by Stormind Games or its respective licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
For purposes of intellectual property and regional distribution, the following legal notice applies:

Licensed to and published in Asia by Maxsoft Pte Ltd or Soft Source.
Physical retail edition licensed to and published Worldwide (excluding Asia) by Maximum Entertainment France SAS.

3. Age Rating and Content Suitability
This Game contains mature themes and content, including violence, and has received official content classifications that may vary by territory and platform (including, but not limited to, PEGI, ESRB, USK, IARC, and other applicable local rating bodies). The applicable minimum age for this Game is the one indicated by the rating classification governing the territory and platform of purchase, as displayed on the relevant storefront or product packaging at the time of purchase, and not any other rating that may apply in a different territory or platform.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the applicable rating information and content descriptors before allowing minors to access the Game.
4. Health and Safety Warning
Photosensitive Seizure Warning.
A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual stimuli, including flashing lights or patterns, even if they have no history of seizures or epilepsy. If you or any family member has a history of seizures, blackouts, or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing this Game.
Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, blurred vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, disorientation, loss of consciousness, or convulsions. Resume playing only after receiving medical approval.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
– copy, distribute, or resell the Game, except as permitted by law;
– modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
– use the Game for commercial purposes without Stormind's prior written authorization.
6. Additional Content (DLC)
Any additional content, including but not limited to digital soundtracks, digital artbooks, expansions, downloadable content (DLC), or other materials distributed by Stormind Games or by the regional licensees for the Game, is licensed under the same terms as this EULA and forms an integral part of it, unless otherwise specified.
7. Updates
Stormind Games may release updates, patches, fixes, or other content necessary for the proper functioning of the Game or to improve the experience.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
The Game and the platforms through which it is distributed may process certain personal and technical data (for example, through platform-holder services, achievements, crash reporting, or analytics). This EULA does not govern that processing. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Privacy Policy on data protection matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stormind Games shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
11. Termination
The license terminates automatically in the event of a breach of this EULA. In such case, you must immediately cease using the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this EULA limits or excludes any statutory right that cannot be waived or restricted under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, including for users resident in the European Union.
13. Miscellaneous
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy referenced in Section 8, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stormind Games regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements on the same subject.
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA is drafted in English. In the event of translation into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
