ChillyRoom End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by and between you and Shenzhen Liangwu Youxi Inc. (hereinafter also referred to as "ChillyRoom"), and this Agreement has contractual effect. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read this Agreement carefully (minors should read it under the guidance of their legal guardians). Before agreeing to and accepting all terms of this Agreement, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each term, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, as well as any separate agreement for activating or using a particular service. Terms that limit or exempt liability may be presented in bold to draw your attention.
Your act of receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running, or taking screenshots of this software, or using a particular function or part of this software, or otherwise using this game software constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of this User Agreement, and your willingness to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement. If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement under the guidance of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms regarding minors.
Once this Agreement is amended, the changes will be announced and notified to you in an appropriate manner. The amended terms of service shall take effect immediately upon publication and replace the original terms of service. If you do not agree to the amendments to the terms of service, you should stop using or voluntarily cancel the relevant services. Otherwise, any use of the relevant services (including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, logging in, etc.) will be deemed as your understanding and acceptance of the relevant amended terms. The developer and user agree to, understand, and follow the following terms, which apply not only to the game services provided by ChillyRoom, but also to other related services provided by the developer under similar or relevant circumstances, and are binding.
Chapter 1: Definitions
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms have the meanings set forth below in this Agreement:
1.1 This Agreement means the main body of this Agreement, the game rules, and their revised versions. Once officially published, the above content shall become an integral part of this Agreement.
1.2 Game rules mean the user codes, player regulations, game announcements, notifications, and other content issued and revised from time to time by the service provider, ChillyRoom.
1.3 Service provider means Shenzhen Liangwu Youxi Inc. and its affiliates that provide you with ChillyRoom's games and services, referred to in this Agreement as "ChillyRoom."
1.4 ChillyRoom's games refer collectively to the games operated by Shenzhen Liangwu Youxi Inc., including computer client games, web games, mobile games, and other forms of games. ChillyRoom's games may be provided in the form of software, in which case ChillyRoom's games also include related software and related documentation.
1.5 ChillyRoom's game services mean the various operational services related to the games provided by ChillyRoom to you, including but not limited to community services related to ChillyRoom's games.
1.6 ChillyRoom's game elements mean the text, images, audio, video, icons, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data or electronic documents, and other content and information contained in or related to ChillyRoom's games.
1.7 You (also referred to as "player" or "user") means the natural person authorized to use ChillyRoom's game products and services.
1.8 Game data means various types of data generated during your use of ChillyRoom's games and recorded by the server, including but not limited to game logs, security logs, and other data.
1.9 Illegal recharge means any recharge through any channel other than the payment channels integrated into the official version of ChillyRoom's games.
1.10 Virtual items include but are not limited to virtual currency, props, equipment, materials, etc., within ChillyRoom's games.
1.11 User information means the information you provide during the real-name registration process, game data under your game account, and other information and data you provide to ChillyRoom during your use of ChillyRoom's game services, or that ChillyRoom needs to collect for security, user experience optimization, or other reasons.
Chapter 2: Intellectual Property Rights Statement
2.1 ChillyRoom owns the ownership and all related intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other cooperative rights and interests in the games themselves and the elements of ChillyRoom's games. All information content related to ChillyRoom's game services (including text, images, audio, video, charts, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data or electronic documents, etc.) is protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. ChillyRoom enjoys the above intellectual property rights and legal interests, except for those rights that third-party rights holders should enjoy under law or other agreements. Without ChillyRoom's prior written consent, you may not commercially use ChillyRoom's games (including the entire game and all content, components, or constituent elements thereof) in any way.
2.2 The ownership and all related intellectual property rights in the game data generated during your use of ChillyRoom's game services belong to ChillyRoom. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillyRoom has the right to store and dispose of such game data.
2.3 This Agreement shall not be deemed to grant or transfer to you any rights or interests related to ChillyRoom's games or game elements.
2.4 With respect to intellectual property rights of third parties that may be involved in ChillyRoom's games or game elements, you shall use them in the manner prescribed in this Agreement. You shall bear sole responsibility for any infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights arising solely from your violation of this Agreement or other unilateral reasons, and you shall compensate ChillyRoom for any losses incurred.
2.5 In using ChillyRoom's game services, you may need to provide content to ChillyRoom by uploading, posting, or other means. In such cases, you retain full intellectual property rights in such content. You hereby expressly agree that by providing the foregoing content, you irrevocably grant ChillyRoom and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, perform, and display such content, and to create derivative works from such content.
Chapter 3: Obtaining, Using, and Safekeeping Game Accounts
3.1 Obtaining a game account
(1) If you need to use and enjoy ChillyRoom's games and game services, you must fully agree to the terms of this Agreement and complete the registration process as required on the registration page, including but not limited to entering correct basic information and data. You promise to register with your real identity, including but not limited to completing real-name authentication as required in the game and agreeing to submit the information you provide to a third-party agency for verification, and you guarantee that the information and data you provide are true, complete, and valid. You shall bear corresponding legal liability for the information you provide in accordance with law and this Agreement.
(2) Upon successful registration, you will receive a corresponding account, allowing you to log in to the game and/or use related services. The true, legal, and accurate identity information and related information (including security settings, mobile phone authentication) you provide will serve as the sole proof of the association between the user and the game account and of user identity.
(3) If you refuse to provide the required information and data, or if the information and data you provide do not meet the requirements, ChillyRoom has the right to refuse to provide related services or assume any obligations. If any of the information and data you provide changes, you should promptly update it. If your game account information changes and you fail to update it in a timely manner, making it impossible to prove your valid identity, ChillyRoom will provide the relevant service in a timely manner. If your game account information changes and you fail to update it in a timely manner, making it impossible to prove your valid identity, ChillyRoom has the right to refuse to provide any information or assume any obligations.
(4) You only have the right to use the game account you create; ownership of the game account belongs to ChillyRoom.
(5) You fully understand and agree that ChillyRoom has the right to review the authenticity and validity of the identity information you provide during registration, and has the right to take reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and validity of your game account. ChillyRoom will use your real-name registration information in the anti-addiction system in accordance with relevant national requirements, meaning ChillyRoom may determine whether you are over 18 years old based on your real-name registration information, and thereby decide whether to impose anti-addiction restrictions on your game account.
3.2 Use and safekeeping of user accounts
(1) You have the obligation to properly keep your game account and related passwords, and to use your game account and passwords correctly and safely. The game account you register in accordance with this Agreement is only for the purpose of saving and backing up your personal game data. The right to use the game account belongs only to the original registrant and is not transferable by gift, assignment, succession, or sale. You may not provide your game account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to providing it to others for commercial purposes (whether for profit or not), including but not limited to game live streaming, video recording, power-leveling, equipment farming, skill demonstrations, etc. Otherwise, the service provider has the right to take measures against your game account, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the account functions, deleting the game account and game data and other related information, suspending the account, or even canceling it, depending on the circumstances. All legal consequences and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you. If you are not the original registrant of the account, and you cause damage to the civil rights of yourself or others due to your failure to properly keep the account and password and to use the account and password correctly and safely (resulting in lost passwords, stolen accounts, etc.), you shall bear the resulting legal liability.
(2) ChillyRoom prohibits users from privately transferring game accounts for compensation or without compensation to avoid disputes arising from game account issues. ChillyRoom will not accept complaints arising from disputes over private transactions between users. You shall bear any losses incurred as a result of violating this requirement, and ChillyRoom reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the violator.
(3) You are responsible for keeping your game account, game password, personal information for real-name registration, and anti-addiction registration, and you are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account and password. You must pay attention to password protection for your game account and public information. You warrant that you will immediately notify ChillyRoom if your game account or password is used without authorization or if any other security issue occurs.
(4) You fully understand and agree that to improve the security of this software, ChillyRoom has the right to apply relevant technologies or software to ChillyRoom's games. However, ChillyRoom does not guarantee that these security measures will completely prevent the theft or loss of your game account, nor does it exempt or reduce your obligation to properly keep your game account, game password, and related information as set forth in Section 3.2(1) of this User Agreement.
(5) You fully understand and agree that if ChillyRoom restricts, freezes, or terminates your game account in accordance with relevant business rules, it may result in the deletion of game data and related information under your game account, as well as the loss of related rights and interests. You shall bear such losses, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for them.
(6) You fully understand and agree that to efficiently utilize server resources, if you have not used your game account to log in to the game for a long period, ChillyRoom has the right, after prior notice, to delete the game account and the game data and related information under it (including but not limited to game characters, character levels, virtual items, game virtual currency, transaction records, etc.), as it deems necessary. The above measures may result in the loss of your rights and interests under that game account, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for such loss.
(7) You fully understand and agree that, according to regulatory requirements, ChillyRoom shall not provide guest mode repeatedly to users using the same hardware device within 15 days. In guest mode, you do not need to complete real-name registration or authentication, nor can you recharge or make paid purchases. Your play session each time shall not exceed one hour. ChillyRoom reminds you that if you uninstall or reinstall the game, change your terminal device, or if the terminal device is damaged, all game-related data under guest mode may be completely deleted, and ChillyRoom cannot perform any query or recovery operations. Any loss arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
(8) You understand and agree that if you use a third-party account recognized by ChillyRoom as your game account to use ChillyRoom's games, you shall strictly comply with the relevant user agreements and rules of that third-party account. If you encounter issues related to the use of such third-party account (including but not limited to account theft, inability to use the account, abnormal account status, etc.), you shall contact the third party to resolve them, and ChillyRoom may provide limited and reasonable assistance as it sees fit.
Chapter 4: Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information
4.1 You agree and authorize ChillyRoom to collect and use your user information for the purpose of performing this Agreement. The collection, use, sharing, storage, and management of personal information contained in your user information by ChillyRoom will comply with the [Privacy Policy], [Child Privacy Protection Guidelines] uniformly published by ChillyRoom, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
4.2 You fully understand and agree that if you disclose to others your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, corresponding passwords, and other important information and data while using ChillyRoom's game services, any loss resulting therefrom shall be borne by you.
Chapter 5: ChillyRoom's Games and Game Services
5.1 You may use ChillyRoom's games and game services for non-commercial purposes only in the following ways:
(1) Receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running, and/or taking screenshots of ChillyRoom's games;
(2) Reviewing game rules, user personal information, sharing game match results, setting game parameters, and purchasing and using virtual items through legitimate means within the game;
(3) Using other functions supported and permitted by ChillyRoom's games.
Any other form of unauthorized installation, use, access, display, running, or transfer by you will be deemed a violation of this Agreement.
5.2 You shall not, without ChillyRoom's permission, record or disseminate ChillyRoom's game content to others in any way, including but not limited to using any third-party software for network dissemination.
5.3 Where ChillyRoom's games are provided in the form of software, your use of ChillyRoom's games and game services shall also comply with the provisions of this Agreement regarding software downloading and installation.
5.4 If ChillyRoom discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that you have violated this Agreement, ChillyRoom has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and to impose penalties on the violating game account, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions, suspending the game account until cancellation, and publishing the outcome, depending on the severity of the conduct.
5.5 You fully understand and agree that ChillyRoom has the right, based on reasonable judgment, to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws, regulations, or this Agreement, to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws or regulations, and to report relevant information to relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations. You shall bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
5.6 You fully understand and agree that if any claim, demand, or loss is asserted by a third party due to your violation of this Agreement or relevant terms of service, you shall bear sole responsibility. If ChillyRoom suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate ChillyRoom for such losses.
5.7 You fully understand and agree that virtual items, etc., are part of ChillyRoom's game services, and ChillyRoom hereby grants you the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement. Your purchase and use of virtual items shall comply with this Agreement and specific game rules. Once RMB is recharged and converted into virtual items, the RMB is deemed used, and virtual items cannot be converted back into RMB. Additionally, virtual items may be subject to certain validity periods. If you do not use them within the specified validity period, they will automatically expire upon the expiration of the validity period, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to ChillyRoom.
5.8 You fully understand and agree that to create a fair and healthy gaming environment, ChillyRoom has the right to use technical means to obtain information about your relevant terminal devices during your use of ChillyRoom's game services. If any unauthorized program that endangers the normal operation of ChillyRoom's game services is discovered, ChillyRoom will collect all information related to it and take reasonable measures to combat it.
5.9 You fully understand and agree that when you use paid features of ChillyRoom's games, you shall pay the corresponding fees as required by ChillyRoom. Moreover, such right belongs to ChillyRoom's operational discretion, and ChillyRoom reserves the right to change its business model at any time, including the right to change fee rates, software functions subject to fees, fee-paying users, and fee-charging times. You may not demand compensation or reimbursement from ChillyRoom due to changes or adjustments in fee items or standards. At the same time, ChillyRoom also reserves the right to upgrade, revise, add, delete, modify, or change the functions of the application or change the game rules. If you do not accept such changes, you should immediately stop using the application. Your continued use of the application will be deemed as your acceptance of the changed business model.
5.10 You fully understand and agree that to ensure your and other users' game speed, ChillyRoom has the right to periodically transfer or delete certain past game data stored on the game servers of ChillyRoom's games.
5.11 You fully understand and agree that the game services you use involve internet services and may be affected by unstable factors at various points of the internet connection. Therefore, the game services are subject to risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, internet, or communication line issues. In view of this, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChillyRoom does not warrant that the game services provided will meet your requirements, nor that the game services will be uninterrupted, and makes no warranty regarding the timeliness, security, error occurrence, or accuracy, timeliness, or smooth transmission of information.
5.12 You fully understand and agree that when using ChillyRoom's game services, there are risks associated with content or conduct from others, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or conduct, or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property rights), including anonymous or pseudonymous information. You assume the above risks. ChillyRoom makes no warranties of any kind regarding the game services, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions of truthfulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your improper or illegal use of the services.
You fully understand and take note of the following:
(1) ChillyRoom may update the application from time to time by releasing software upgrade packages, software patches, online upgrades, etc. During the update process, ChillyRoom may collect your personal information, including the version information of the game client software, and automatically replace, modify, delete, and/or supplement it. Such conduct is a necessary operation or step for the software update. If you do not agree to ChillyRoom performing such operations, please do not proceed with the update. Your use of the update constitutes your agreement to ChillyRoom performing such operations.
(2) For games, certain updates may involve software version updates. If you do not perform such updates, you will not be able to log in to the application. Moreover, such updates will result in the complete replacement of the original software version on your terminal device with the new software version.
(3) Obtaining game currency or in-game virtual items from third parties may involve various risks. You shall not obtain the above game virtual items from third parties. If you insist on obtaining the above game virtual items from third parties, you shall bear the corresponding risks. ChillyRoom has the right to directly reclaim, permanently ban, or delete such virtual items. ChillyRoom is not responsible for third-party transactions and does not accept complaints arising from disputes over any third-party transactions.
(4) Measures taken by ChillyRoom due to your violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations may result in virtual items with a validity period, virtual item redemption codes, etc., under your current game account expiring during the period of ChillyRoom's measures, making them unusable. Losses incurred thereby shall be borne by you. That is, the duration of the measures taken by ChillyRoom is counted within the validity period of the virtual items or virtual item redemption codes. After such measures are terminated, the validity period of the virtual items or virtual item redemption codes will not be extended.
(5) There is an objective lack of interoperability between different operating systems, which is not caused by ChillyRoom. This may result in the inability to smoothly transfer your recharges and game data from one operating system to another. You shall bear the risk of recharge loss and game data loss caused by switching between different systems, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for this.
5.13 ChillyRoom may provide you with customer services such as game rule explanations, bug (i.e., vulnerability or defect) or cracked/modified version reports, game item recovery, and account appeals through its official website, customer service QQ and email, in-game mail, or other channels. The provision of the above services is subject to the following conditions:
(1) Understanding the content, requirements, and possible fees of these customer services through ChillyRoom's official website or other channels provided by ChillyRoom, carefully choosing whether to enjoy the corresponding customer services, and accurately expressing your needs to ChillyRoom truthfully.
(2) Agreeing to and accepting the specific agreements or terms of ChillyRoom regarding such customer services.
(3) Providing your relevant personal information and game status truthfully as required by ChillyRoom, as well as information about other users' game status that you know, for example: your account and personal information under it, login status and game item status, bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects) present in the application, cheats or modifications, and other players' use of bugs or cheats that you know about.
5.14 ChillyRoom has the right to stop or interrupt the services provided by the game server under any of the following circumstances, and shall not be liable to users or third parties for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom:
(1) Regularly inspecting servers or construction, updating hardware or software, etc. ChillyRoom has the right to suspend related services but will complete maintenance and updates as soon as possible;
(2) Server damage preventing normal operation;
(3) Sudden failure of hardware, software, or electronic communication equipment;
(4) Network provider line failure or other failures;
(5) In emergency situations to protect national security or the personal safety of other users or third parties;
(6) Force majeure and other third-party reasons.
5.15 ChillyRoom will take effective measures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and this Agreement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors during their use of ChillyRoom's game services, including possibly taking technical measures, prohibiting minors from accessing inappropriate games or game functions, limiting minors' game time, and preventing minors from becoming addicted to online games. As part of the game rules, ChillyRoom will also post user guidelines and warnings for ChillyRoom's games in appropriate places, including game content descriptions, proper ways to use the game, and methods to prevent harm. All minor users should carefully read and follow these guidelines and instructions under the guidance of their legal guardians. Other players, when using ChillyRoom's game services, should avoid posting or creating any content harmful to the physical and mental health of minors, and work together to create a healthy gaming environment.
Chapter 6: User Code of Conduct
6.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all conduct under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall make your own judgments about the content in ChillyRoom's games and bear all risks arising from your use of ChillyRoom's game services, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content of ChillyRoom's games. ChillyRoom cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
6.2 Except for using ChillyRoom's game services in accordance with this Agreement, you shall not engage in any conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights related to ChillyRoom's games or game elements, or that otherwise harms the legitimate rights and interests of ChillyRoom or other third parties.
6.3 Unless permitted by law or with ChillyRoom's written permission, you shall not engage in the following conduct (including but not limited to) when using ChillyRoom's game services:
(1) Deleting all copyright information and content on the game and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software, or using or disclosing such source code to any third party;
(3) Scanning, exploring, or testing the game software to detect, discover, or find possible bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects) or weaknesses;
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, linking to, or creating derivative works from the game software or data released into any terminal memory during software operation, client-server interaction data during software operation, or system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
(5) Modifying or forging instructions or data during software operation, adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating to the public the software or methods used for the above purposes, whether for commercial purposes or not;
(6) Using third-party software, plugins, cheats, or systems not developed or authorized by ChillyRoom to use ChillyRoom's games and game services, or creating, publishing, or distributing such third-party software, plugins, cheats, or systems;
(7) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, printing, establishing mirror sites for content in which ChillyRoom owns intellectual property rights within the game, or establishing mirror sites for ChillyRoom's games, or taking web snapshots, or using server hosting to provide services identical or similar to ChillyRoom's game services to others;
(8) Separately using any part of ChillyRoom's games for standalone use, or other uses inconsistent with this Agreement;
(9) Using ChillyRoom's name, trademarks, or other intellectual property in a manner not prescribed in this Agreement;
(10) Other conduct not expressly authorized by ChillyRoom.
6.4 If you engage in the following conduct when using ChillyRoom's game services, ChillyRoom will, depending on the severity of the conduct and in accordance with this Agreement and relevant game rules, impose temporary or permanent login bans, deletion of game accounts and game data, deletion of related information, and other measures. In severe cases, the matter will be referred to relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or criminal liability will be pursued:
(1) Using the game and services to post, transmit, disseminate, or store content that endangers national security, national unity, or social stability, or that is defamatory, pornographic, violent, causes unease to others, or violates social morality, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, or policies, or using in-game mechanisms to spell or draw such content.
(2) Using the game and services to post, transmit, disseminate, or store content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, trade secret rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other legal rights.
(3) Engaging in any conduct harmful to network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public networks or others' terminal systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information; attempting to detect, scan, or test the weaknesses of this "Software" system or network, or other conduct that disrupts network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this "Software" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other conduct that disrupts normal network information services; forging packet names or partial names.
(4) Engaging in any conduct that undermines the fairness of ChillyRoom's game services or otherwise affects the normal order of the game, such as actively or passively point-farming, cooperative cheating, using cheats or other cheating software, exploiting bugs (i.e., "vulnerabilities" or "defects") to gain improper or illegal benefits, or making cheats, cheating software, or bugs public via the internet or other means.
(5) Using ChillyRoom's games for any commercial conduct such as posting advertisements or selling goods, or engaging in any illegal conduct that harms ChillyRoom's interests, such as selling game accounts, selling in-game virtual items or information, illegal recharging, hiring others to provide in-game services and paying outside the game, for example, "gold farming" or "power-leveling" services for profit, trading "virtual vouchers" for profit, or providing intermediary services or disseminating advertisements. Upon discovery, ChillyRoom has the right to suspend the user's account and, at its discretion, determine the suspension period based on the severity of the impact, and ChillyRoom has the right to recover and delete all data obtained abnormally.
(6) Impersonating ChillyRoom, game service administrators, or game forum administrators or moderators to post fraudulent or false information.
(7) Various illegal cheating behaviors.
(8) Stealing others' game accounts or game items.
(9) Privately trading game accounts, game items, game equipment, game currency, etc.
(10) Exploiting possible technical defects or vulnerabilities in the game system for personal or others' profit.
(11) Using all or part of the data and information generated and stored in the game during the use of various paid or free games provided by ChillyRoom to profit for oneself or others.
(12) Promoting cheats, private servers, power-leveling, coin farming, trojans, or other content, or publicly disparaging ChillyRoom.
(13) Using the products and services provided by ChillyRoom to profit in real life without permission, and other widely recognized improper conduct within the industry, whether or not explicitly listed in this Agreement.
6.5 Except for the methods of use specified in this Agreement, without ChillyRoom's permission, you shall not engage in any of the following conduct. If you wish to engage in any of the following conduct, please contact ChillyRoom, obtain ChillyRoom's consent, and enter into an electronic or written contract with ChillyRoom as requested:
(1) Modifying, copying, distributing, leasing, publishing, translating, compiling, adapting, and/or reprinting the game or its various derivative works, or making them public via the internet or other means.
(2) Producing, manufacturing, wholesaling, selling, publishing, and/or distributing derivatives adapted from the game.
(3) Providing services such as testing, bug (i.e., "vulnerability" or "defect") and cheat tracking and reporting, copywriting and promotion, and competitive intelligence gathering for the game.
(4) Using the game's name, trademarks, etc.
(5) Engaging in other conduct related to game services not listed above that requires the developer's consent.
6.6 If a user violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, ChillyRoom has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
(1) Immediately disconnecting the network connection between the terminal device you are currently using and the application server, requiring you to log in again to continue using the application.
(2) Temporarily prohibiting you from logging in using the current account.
(3) Temporarily prohibiting you from using a certain paid feature in the application until the outstanding fees are paid and the corresponding fees for continued use of the paid feature are prepaid.
(4) Temporarily prohibiting you from posting any comments using the data in ChillyRoom's games.
(5) Permanently and irrevocably deleting the advertisements, false information, or illegal comments you posted, or taking other measures to prevent their dissemination.
(6) Permanently and irrevocably deleting virtual currency, materials, and other game items you illegally obtained, and blocking the account used to access ChillyRoom's game services.
(7) Permanently and irrevocably prohibiting you from posting any comments in the application using the current account.
(8) Permanently and irrevocably deleting all virtual currency, materials, and other information and corresponding game data under the account you are currently using.
(9) Permanently and irrevocably prohibiting you from logging into the application using the current account, and deleting and clearing all data, virtual currency, materials, and other information generated by that account in the application.
(10) Taking other measures not listed above.
ChillyRoom may take one or more of the foregoing measures continuously, intermittently, or alternately.
If a user has any account or character that violates this Agreement or other relevant provisions, ChillyRoom has the right to impose sanctions on all accounts under that user, including but not limited to suspending, terminating, or deleting all accounts under that user, deleting relevant content at any time without notice, and imposing penalties on all accounts under that user, including but not limited to warnings, restricting the use of all or part of the functions, suspending the game account until cancellation, publishing the outcome, and requiring the user to compensate ChillyRoom for losses caused by the user's breach.
Chapter 7: Software Download and Installation
7.1 Using ChillyRoom's game services may require downloading and installing related software. You may obtain the software directly from ChillyRoom's relevant website or from a third party authorized by ChillyRoom. If you obtain ChillyRoom's games or games with the same name as ChillyRoom's games from a third party not authorized by ChillyRoom, you will be deemed not to have obtained ChillyRoom's authorization. ChillyRoom cannot guarantee that the game will function properly and is not responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result.
7.2 ChillyRoom may develop different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to Windows, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, Blackberry, and other application versions. You should choose the appropriate version to download and install based on your actual situation. After downloading the installer, you need to follow the prompts to install it correctly.
7.3 To provide more effective and secure services, ChillyRoom may recommend that you install other software during software installation. You may choose to install or not install it.
7.4 If you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it yourself, and you accept the resulting clearing of game data after uninstalling the game. If you are willing to help ChillyRoom improve its products and services, please inform us of the reason for uninstallation.
7.5 To ensure the security and functional consistency of ChillyRoom's game services, ChillyRoom has the right to update the software or change or limit some of its functions or effects without prior notice.
7.6 After a new software version is released, the old version of the software may become unusable. ChillyRoom does not guarantee that the old version of the software and related customer services will remain available. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
Chapter 8: Disclaimer
8.1 ChillyRoom's games and game services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ChillyRoom does not warrant that ChillyRoom's games and game services are error-free or uninterrupted, that all defects will be corrected, or that ChillyRoom's games and game services will be free from viruses or any other harmful elements. Unless expressly provided by law, ChillyRoom expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of ChillyRoom's games and game services.
8.2 In no event shall ChillyRoom be liable for losses suffered by you during the use of ChillyRoom's games and game services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to national laws, regulations, policies, orders of state authorities, or other unpredictable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, floods, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.
8.3 ChillyRoom may, based on the information or materials it knows or possesses, independently decide to change, terminate, or suspend your use of any of ChillyRoom's games and game services at any time without prior notice, except where advance notice is required by law, this Agreement, or an agreement between you and ChillyRoom. If your conduct violates laws, regulations, or this Agreement, and ChillyRoom terminates or suspends your use of any of ChillyRoom's games and game services in accordance with relevant provisions, ChillyRoom shall not be liable to you and has the right to hold you accountable.
8.4 ChillyRoom's games and game services may cause abnormalities in your game character, game items, game equipment, game currency, and other account data due to game software bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects), version update defects, third-party virus attacks, internet connectivity, or any other factors. Before the cause of the data abnormality is determined, ChillyRoom has the right to temporarily freeze the game account. If the data abnormality is determined to be the result of abnormal gaming conduct, ChillyRoom has the right to restore the game account data to its original state before the abnormality (including recovering transferred data from third parties), and ChillyRoom shall not be liable to you.
8.5 ChillyRoom does not authorize you to obtain game data, game currency, game materials, etc., from any third party by purchase, acceptance of a gift, or other means. ChillyRoom is not responsible for third-party transactions and does not accept complaints arising from disputes over any third-party transactions.
8.6 You fully understand that advertisements, links, or other forms of promotional content posted by third parties in ChillyRoom's games are provided by the third parties themselves. You should judge their authenticity for yourself. ChillyRoom makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding such promotional content. Any services or goods you purchase through ChillyRoom or linked websites involve a transaction solely between you and the provider of such goods or services. ChillyRoom is not involved, and ChillyRoom assumes no legal liability arising from such transactions.
8.7 You fully understand that there is an objective lack of interoperability between different operating systems, which is not caused by ChillyRoom. This may result in the inability to smoothly transfer your recharges and game data from one operating system to another. You shall bear the risk of recharge loss and game data loss caused by switching between different systems, and you may not demand that ChillyRoom assume any liability.
Chapter 9: Privacy Policy
9.1 ChillyRoom will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal privacy information. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, ChillyRoom's game services will comply with the [Privacy Policy] and [Child Privacy Protection Guidelines] uniformly published by ChillyRoom.
Chapter 10: Legal Compliance
10.1 When using ChillyRoom's game services, you shall comply with relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs. If your conduct violates local laws, regulations, or moral customs, you shall bear sole responsibility.
10.2 You shall avoid involving ChillyRoom in political and public events due to your use of ChillyRoom's game services. Otherwise, ChillyRoom has the right to suspend or terminate your services.
Chapter 11: Jurisdiction and Governing Law
11.1 The place of execution of this Agreement is Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
11.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
11.3 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to a competent people's court.
11.4 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no substantive meaning and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
11.5 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on all parties.
Chapter 12: Miscellaneous
12.1 In accordance with the healthy gaming advice of the General Administration of Press and Publication of China, ChillyRoom reminds you: resist bad games, refuse pirated games; protect yourself, beware of scams; moderate gaming benefits the mind, excessive gaming harms the body.

Your act of receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running, or taking screenshots of this software, or using a particular function or part of this software, or otherwise using this game software constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of this User Agreement, and your willingness to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement. If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement under the guidance of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms regarding minors.
Once this Agreement is amended, the changes will be announced and notified to you in an appropriate manner. The amended terms of service shall take effect immediately upon publication and replace the original terms of service. If you do not agree to the amendments to the terms of service, you should stop using or voluntarily cancel the relevant services. Otherwise, any use of the relevant services (including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, logging in, etc.) will be deemed as your understanding and acceptance of the relevant amended terms. The developer and user agree to, understand, and follow the following terms, which apply not only to the game services provided by ChillyRoom, but also to other related services provided by the developer under similar or relevant circumstances, and are binding.
Chapter 1: Definitions
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms have the meanings set forth below in this Agreement:
1.1 This Agreement means the main body of this Agreement, the game rules, and their revised versions. Once officially published, the above content shall become an integral part of this Agreement.
1.2 Game rules mean the user codes, player regulations, game announcements, notifications, and other content issued and revised from time to time by the service provider, ChillyRoom.
1.3 Service provider means Shenzhen Liangwu Youxi Inc. and its affiliates that provide you with ChillyRoom's games and services, referred to in this Agreement as "ChillyRoom."
1.4 ChillyRoom's games refer collectively to the games operated by Shenzhen Liangwu Youxi Inc., including computer client games, web games, mobile games, and other forms of games. ChillyRoom's games may be provided in the form of software, in which case ChillyRoom's games also include related software and related documentation.
1.5 ChillyRoom's game services mean the various operational services related to the games provided by ChillyRoom to you, including but not limited to community services related to ChillyRoom's games.
1.6 ChillyRoom's game elements mean the text, images, audio, video, icons, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data or electronic documents, and other content and information contained in or related to ChillyRoom's games.
1.7 You (also referred to as "player" or "user") means the natural person authorized to use ChillyRoom's game products and services.
1.8 Game data means various types of data generated during your use of ChillyRoom's games and recorded by the server, including but not limited to game logs, security logs, and other data.
1.9 Illegal recharge means any recharge through any channel other than the payment channels integrated into the official version of ChillyRoom's games.
1.10 Virtual items include but are not limited to virtual currency, props, equipment, materials, etc., within ChillyRoom's games.
1.11 User information means the information you provide during the real-name registration process, game data under your game account, and other information and data you provide to ChillyRoom during your use of ChillyRoom's game services, or that ChillyRoom needs to collect for security, user experience optimization, or other reasons.
Chapter 2: Intellectual Property Rights Statement
2.1 ChillyRoom owns the ownership and all related intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other cooperative rights and interests in the games themselves and the elements of ChillyRoom's games. All information content related to ChillyRoom's game services (including text, images, audio, video, charts, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data or electronic documents, etc.) is protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. ChillyRoom enjoys the above intellectual property rights and legal interests, except for those rights that third-party rights holders should enjoy under law or other agreements. Without ChillyRoom's prior written consent, you may not commercially use ChillyRoom's games (including the entire game and all content, components, or constituent elements thereof) in any way.
2.2 The ownership and all related intellectual property rights in the game data generated during your use of ChillyRoom's game services belong to ChillyRoom. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillyRoom has the right to store and dispose of such game data.
2.3 This Agreement shall not be deemed to grant or transfer to you any rights or interests related to ChillyRoom's games or game elements.
2.4 With respect to intellectual property rights of third parties that may be involved in ChillyRoom's games or game elements, you shall use them in the manner prescribed in this Agreement. You shall bear sole responsibility for any infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights arising solely from your violation of this Agreement or other unilateral reasons, and you shall compensate ChillyRoom for any losses incurred.
2.5 In using ChillyRoom's game services, you may need to provide content to ChillyRoom by uploading, posting, or other means. In such cases, you retain full intellectual property rights in such content. You hereby expressly agree that by providing the foregoing content, you irrevocably grant ChillyRoom and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, perform, and display such content, and to create derivative works from such content.
Chapter 3: Obtaining, Using, and Safekeeping Game Accounts
3.1 Obtaining a game account
(1) If you need to use and enjoy ChillyRoom's games and game services, you must fully agree to the terms of this Agreement and complete the registration process as required on the registration page, including but not limited to entering correct basic information and data. You promise to register with your real identity, including but not limited to completing real-name authentication as required in the game and agreeing to submit the information you provide to a third-party agency for verification, and you guarantee that the information and data you provide are true, complete, and valid. You shall bear corresponding legal liability for the information you provide in accordance with law and this Agreement.
(2) Upon successful registration, you will receive a corresponding account, allowing you to log in to the game and/or use related services. The true, legal, and accurate identity information and related information (including security settings, mobile phone authentication) you provide will serve as the sole proof of the association between the user and the game account and of user identity.
(3) If you refuse to provide the required information and data, or if the information and data you provide do not meet the requirements, ChillyRoom has the right to refuse to provide related services or assume any obligations. If any of the information and data you provide changes, you should promptly update it. If your game account information changes and you fail to update it in a timely manner, making it impossible to prove your valid identity, ChillyRoom will provide the relevant service in a timely manner. If your game account information changes and you fail to update it in a timely manner, making it impossible to prove your valid identity, ChillyRoom has the right to refuse to provide any information or assume any obligations.
(4) You only have the right to use the game account you create; ownership of the game account belongs to ChillyRoom.
(5) You fully understand and agree that ChillyRoom has the right to review the authenticity and validity of the identity information you provide during registration, and has the right to take reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and validity of your game account. ChillyRoom will use your real-name registration information in the anti-addiction system in accordance with relevant national requirements, meaning ChillyRoom may determine whether you are over 18 years old based on your real-name registration information, and thereby decide whether to impose anti-addiction restrictions on your game account.
3.2 Use and safekeeping of user accounts
(1) You have the obligation to properly keep your game account and related passwords, and to use your game account and passwords correctly and safely. The game account you register in accordance with this Agreement is only for the purpose of saving and backing up your personal game data. The right to use the game account belongs only to the original registrant and is not transferable by gift, assignment, succession, or sale. You may not provide your game account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to providing it to others for commercial purposes (whether for profit or not), including but not limited to game live streaming, video recording, power-leveling, equipment farming, skill demonstrations, etc. Otherwise, the service provider has the right to take measures against your game account, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the account functions, deleting the game account and game data and other related information, suspending the account, or even canceling it, depending on the circumstances. All legal consequences and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you. If you are not the original registrant of the account, and you cause damage to the civil rights of yourself or others due to your failure to properly keep the account and password and to use the account and password correctly and safely (resulting in lost passwords, stolen accounts, etc.), you shall bear the resulting legal liability.
(2) ChillyRoom prohibits users from privately transferring game accounts for compensation or without compensation to avoid disputes arising from game account issues. ChillyRoom will not accept complaints arising from disputes over private transactions between users. You shall bear any losses incurred as a result of violating this requirement, and ChillyRoom reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the violator.
(3) You are responsible for keeping your game account, game password, personal information for real-name registration, and anti-addiction registration, and you are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account and password. You must pay attention to password protection for your game account and public information. You warrant that you will immediately notify ChillyRoom if your game account or password is used without authorization or if any other security issue occurs.
(4) You fully understand and agree that to improve the security of this software, ChillyRoom has the right to apply relevant technologies or software to ChillyRoom's games. However, ChillyRoom does not guarantee that these security measures will completely prevent the theft or loss of your game account, nor does it exempt or reduce your obligation to properly keep your game account, game password, and related information as set forth in Section 3.2(1) of this User Agreement.
(5) You fully understand and agree that if ChillyRoom restricts, freezes, or terminates your game account in accordance with relevant business rules, it may result in the deletion of game data and related information under your game account, as well as the loss of related rights and interests. You shall bear such losses, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for them.
(6) You fully understand and agree that to efficiently utilize server resources, if you have not used your game account to log in to the game for a long period, ChillyRoom has the right, after prior notice, to delete the game account and the game data and related information under it (including but not limited to game characters, character levels, virtual items, game virtual currency, transaction records, etc.), as it deems necessary. The above measures may result in the loss of your rights and interests under that game account, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for such loss.
(7) You fully understand and agree that, according to regulatory requirements, ChillyRoom shall not provide guest mode repeatedly to users using the same hardware device within 15 days. In guest mode, you do not need to complete real-name registration or authentication, nor can you recharge or make paid purchases. Your play session each time shall not exceed one hour. ChillyRoom reminds you that if you uninstall or reinstall the game, change your terminal device, or if the terminal device is damaged, all game-related data under guest mode may be completely deleted, and ChillyRoom cannot perform any query or recovery operations. Any loss arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
(8) You understand and agree that if you use a third-party account recognized by ChillyRoom as your game account to use ChillyRoom's games, you shall strictly comply with the relevant user agreements and rules of that third-party account. If you encounter issues related to the use of such third-party account (including but not limited to account theft, inability to use the account, abnormal account status, etc.), you shall contact the third party to resolve them, and ChillyRoom may provide limited and reasonable assistance as it sees fit.
Chapter 4: Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information
4.1 You agree and authorize ChillyRoom to collect and use your user information for the purpose of performing this Agreement. The collection, use, sharing, storage, and management of personal information contained in your user information by ChillyRoom will comply with the [Privacy Policy], [Child Privacy Protection Guidelines] uniformly published by ChillyRoom, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
4.2 You fully understand and agree that if you disclose to others your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, corresponding passwords, and other important information and data while using ChillyRoom's game services, any loss resulting therefrom shall be borne by you.
Chapter 5: ChillyRoom's Games and Game Services
5.1 You may use ChillyRoom's games and game services for non-commercial purposes only in the following ways:
(1) Receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running, and/or taking screenshots of ChillyRoom's games;
(2) Reviewing game rules, user personal information, sharing game match results, setting game parameters, and purchasing and using virtual items through legitimate means within the game;
(3) Using other functions supported and permitted by ChillyRoom's games.
Any other form of unauthorized installation, use, access, display, running, or transfer by you will be deemed a violation of this Agreement.
5.2 You shall not, without ChillyRoom's permission, record or disseminate ChillyRoom's game content to others in any way, including but not limited to using any third-party software for network dissemination.
5.3 Where ChillyRoom's games are provided in the form of software, your use of ChillyRoom's games and game services shall also comply with the provisions of this Agreement regarding software downloading and installation.
5.4 If ChillyRoom discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that you have violated this Agreement, ChillyRoom has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and to impose penalties on the violating game account, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions, suspending the game account until cancellation, and publishing the outcome, depending on the severity of the conduct.
5.5 You fully understand and agree that ChillyRoom has the right, based on reasonable judgment, to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws, regulations, or this Agreement, to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws or regulations, and to report relevant information to relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations. You shall bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
5.6 You fully understand and agree that if any claim, demand, or loss is asserted by a third party due to your violation of this Agreement or relevant terms of service, you shall bear sole responsibility. If ChillyRoom suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate ChillyRoom for such losses.
5.7 You fully understand and agree that virtual items, etc., are part of ChillyRoom's game services, and ChillyRoom hereby grants you the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement. Your purchase and use of virtual items shall comply with this Agreement and specific game rules. Once RMB is recharged and converted into virtual items, the RMB is deemed used, and virtual items cannot be converted back into RMB. Additionally, virtual items may be subject to certain validity periods. If you do not use them within the specified validity period, they will automatically expire upon the expiration of the validity period, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to ChillyRoom.
5.8 You fully understand and agree that to create a fair and healthy gaming environment, ChillyRoom has the right to use technical means to obtain information about your relevant terminal devices during your use of ChillyRoom's game services. If any unauthorized program that endangers the normal operation of ChillyRoom's game services is discovered, ChillyRoom will collect all information related to it and take reasonable measures to combat it.
5.9 You fully understand and agree that when you use paid features of ChillyRoom's games, you shall pay the corresponding fees as required by ChillyRoom. Moreover, such right belongs to ChillyRoom's operational discretion, and ChillyRoom reserves the right to change its business model at any time, including the right to change fee rates, software functions subject to fees, fee-paying users, and fee-charging times. You may not demand compensation or reimbursement from ChillyRoom due to changes or adjustments in fee items or standards. At the same time, ChillyRoom also reserves the right to upgrade, revise, add, delete, modify, or change the functions of the application or change the game rules. If you do not accept such changes, you should immediately stop using the application. Your continued use of the application will be deemed as your acceptance of the changed business model.
5.10 You fully understand and agree that to ensure your and other users' game speed, ChillyRoom has the right to periodically transfer or delete certain past game data stored on the game servers of ChillyRoom's games.
5.11 You fully understand and agree that the game services you use involve internet services and may be affected by unstable factors at various points of the internet connection. Therefore, the game services are subject to risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, internet, or communication line issues. In view of this, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChillyRoom does not warrant that the game services provided will meet your requirements, nor that the game services will be uninterrupted, and makes no warranty regarding the timeliness, security, error occurrence, or accuracy, timeliness, or smooth transmission of information.
5.12 You fully understand and agree that when using ChillyRoom's game services, there are risks associated with content or conduct from others, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or conduct, or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property rights), including anonymous or pseudonymous information. You assume the above risks. ChillyRoom makes no warranties of any kind regarding the game services, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions of truthfulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your improper or illegal use of the services.
You fully understand and take note of the following:
(1) ChillyRoom may update the application from time to time by releasing software upgrade packages, software patches, online upgrades, etc. During the update process, ChillyRoom may collect your personal information, including the version information of the game client software, and automatically replace, modify, delete, and/or supplement it. Such conduct is a necessary operation or step for the software update. If you do not agree to ChillyRoom performing such operations, please do not proceed with the update. Your use of the update constitutes your agreement to ChillyRoom performing such operations.
(2) For games, certain updates may involve software version updates. If you do not perform such updates, you will not be able to log in to the application. Moreover, such updates will result in the complete replacement of the original software version on your terminal device with the new software version.
(3) Obtaining game currency or in-game virtual items from third parties may involve various risks. You shall not obtain the above game virtual items from third parties. If you insist on obtaining the above game virtual items from third parties, you shall bear the corresponding risks. ChillyRoom has the right to directly reclaim, permanently ban, or delete such virtual items. ChillyRoom is not responsible for third-party transactions and does not accept complaints arising from disputes over any third-party transactions.
(4) Measures taken by ChillyRoom due to your violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations may result in virtual items with a validity period, virtual item redemption codes, etc., under your current game account expiring during the period of ChillyRoom's measures, making them unusable. Losses incurred thereby shall be borne by you. That is, the duration of the measures taken by ChillyRoom is counted within the validity period of the virtual items or virtual item redemption codes. After such measures are terminated, the validity period of the virtual items or virtual item redemption codes will not be extended.
(5) There is an objective lack of interoperability between different operating systems, which is not caused by ChillyRoom. This may result in the inability to smoothly transfer your recharges and game data from one operating system to another. You shall bear the risk of recharge loss and game data loss caused by switching between different systems, and ChillyRoom shall not be liable for this.
5.13 ChillyRoom may provide you with customer services such as game rule explanations, bug (i.e., vulnerability or defect) or cracked/modified version reports, game item recovery, and account appeals through its official website, customer service QQ and email, in-game mail, or other channels. The provision of the above services is subject to the following conditions:
(1) Understanding the content, requirements, and possible fees of these customer services through ChillyRoom's official website or other channels provided by ChillyRoom, carefully choosing whether to enjoy the corresponding customer services, and accurately expressing your needs to ChillyRoom truthfully.
(2) Agreeing to and accepting the specific agreements or terms of ChillyRoom regarding such customer services.
(3) Providing your relevant personal information and game status truthfully as required by ChillyRoom, as well as information about other users' game status that you know, for example: your account and personal information under it, login status and game item status, bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects) present in the application, cheats or modifications, and other players' use of bugs or cheats that you know about.
5.14 ChillyRoom has the right to stop or interrupt the services provided by the game server under any of the following circumstances, and shall not be liable to users or third parties for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom:
(1) Regularly inspecting servers or construction, updating hardware or software, etc. ChillyRoom has the right to suspend related services but will complete maintenance and updates as soon as possible;
(2) Server damage preventing normal operation;
(3) Sudden failure of hardware, software, or electronic communication equipment;
(4) Network provider line failure or other failures;
(5) In emergency situations to protect national security or the personal safety of other users or third parties;
(6) Force majeure and other third-party reasons.
5.15 ChillyRoom will take effective measures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and this Agreement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors during their use of ChillyRoom's game services, including possibly taking technical measures, prohibiting minors from accessing inappropriate games or game functions, limiting minors' game time, and preventing minors from becoming addicted to online games. As part of the game rules, ChillyRoom will also post user guidelines and warnings for ChillyRoom's games in appropriate places, including game content descriptions, proper ways to use the game, and methods to prevent harm. All minor users should carefully read and follow these guidelines and instructions under the guidance of their legal guardians. Other players, when using ChillyRoom's game services, should avoid posting or creating any content harmful to the physical and mental health of minors, and work together to create a healthy gaming environment.
Chapter 6: User Code of Conduct
6.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all conduct under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall make your own judgments about the content in ChillyRoom's games and bear all risks arising from your use of ChillyRoom's game services, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content of ChillyRoom's games. ChillyRoom cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
6.2 Except for using ChillyRoom's game services in accordance with this Agreement, you shall not engage in any conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights related to ChillyRoom's games or game elements, or that otherwise harms the legitimate rights and interests of ChillyRoom or other third parties.
6.3 Unless permitted by law or with ChillyRoom's written permission, you shall not engage in the following conduct (including but not limited to) when using ChillyRoom's game services:
(1) Deleting all copyright information and content on the game and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software, or using or disclosing such source code to any third party;
(3) Scanning, exploring, or testing the game software to detect, discover, or find possible bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects) or weaknesses;
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, linking to, or creating derivative works from the game software or data released into any terminal memory during software operation, client-server interaction data during software operation, or system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
(5) Modifying or forging instructions or data during software operation, adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating to the public the software or methods used for the above purposes, whether for commercial purposes or not;
(6) Using third-party software, plugins, cheats, or systems not developed or authorized by ChillyRoom to use ChillyRoom's games and game services, or creating, publishing, or distributing such third-party software, plugins, cheats, or systems;
(7) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, printing, establishing mirror sites for content in which ChillyRoom owns intellectual property rights within the game, or establishing mirror sites for ChillyRoom's games, or taking web snapshots, or using server hosting to provide services identical or similar to ChillyRoom's game services to others;
(8) Separately using any part of ChillyRoom's games for standalone use, or other uses inconsistent with this Agreement;
(9) Using ChillyRoom's name, trademarks, or other intellectual property in a manner not prescribed in this Agreement;
(10) Other conduct not expressly authorized by ChillyRoom.
6.4 If you engage in the following conduct when using ChillyRoom's game services, ChillyRoom will, depending on the severity of the conduct and in accordance with this Agreement and relevant game rules, impose temporary or permanent login bans, deletion of game accounts and game data, deletion of related information, and other measures. In severe cases, the matter will be referred to relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or criminal liability will be pursued:
(1) Using the game and services to post, transmit, disseminate, or store content that endangers national security, national unity, or social stability, or that is defamatory, pornographic, violent, causes unease to others, or violates social morality, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, or policies, or using in-game mechanisms to spell or draw such content.
(2) Using the game and services to post, transmit, disseminate, or store content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, trade secret rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other legal rights.
(3) Engaging in any conduct harmful to network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public networks or others' terminal systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information; attempting to detect, scan, or test the weaknesses of this "Software" system or network, or other conduct that disrupts network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this "Software" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other conduct that disrupts normal network information services; forging packet names or partial names.
(4) Engaging in any conduct that undermines the fairness of ChillyRoom's game services or otherwise affects the normal order of the game, such as actively or passively point-farming, cooperative cheating, using cheats or other cheating software, exploiting bugs (i.e., "vulnerabilities" or "defects") to gain improper or illegal benefits, or making cheats, cheating software, or bugs public via the internet or other means.
(5) Using ChillyRoom's games for any commercial conduct such as posting advertisements or selling goods, or engaging in any illegal conduct that harms ChillyRoom's interests, such as selling game accounts, selling in-game virtual items or information, illegal recharging, hiring others to provide in-game services and paying outside the game, for example, "gold farming" or "power-leveling" services for profit, trading "virtual vouchers" for profit, or providing intermediary services or disseminating advertisements. Upon discovery, ChillyRoom has the right to suspend the user's account and, at its discretion, determine the suspension period based on the severity of the impact, and ChillyRoom has the right to recover and delete all data obtained abnormally.
(6) Impersonating ChillyRoom, game service administrators, or game forum administrators or moderators to post fraudulent or false information.
(7) Various illegal cheating behaviors.
(8) Stealing others' game accounts or game items.
(9) Privately trading game accounts, game items, game equipment, game currency, etc.
(10) Exploiting possible technical defects or vulnerabilities in the game system for personal or others' profit.
(11) Using all or part of the data and information generated and stored in the game during the use of various paid or free games provided by ChillyRoom to profit for oneself or others.
(12) Promoting cheats, private servers, power-leveling, coin farming, trojans, or other content, or publicly disparaging ChillyRoom.
(13) Using the products and services provided by ChillyRoom to profit in real life without permission, and other widely recognized improper conduct within the industry, whether or not explicitly listed in this Agreement.
6.5 Except for the methods of use specified in this Agreement, without ChillyRoom's permission, you shall not engage in any of the following conduct. If you wish to engage in any of the following conduct, please contact ChillyRoom, obtain ChillyRoom's consent, and enter into an electronic or written contract with ChillyRoom as requested:
(1) Modifying, copying, distributing, leasing, publishing, translating, compiling, adapting, and/or reprinting the game or its various derivative works, or making them public via the internet or other means.
(2) Producing, manufacturing, wholesaling, selling, publishing, and/or distributing derivatives adapted from the game.
(3) Providing services such as testing, bug (i.e., "vulnerability" or "defect") and cheat tracking and reporting, copywriting and promotion, and competitive intelligence gathering for the game.
(4) Using the game's name, trademarks, etc.
(5) Engaging in other conduct related to game services not listed above that requires the developer's consent.
6.6 If a user violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, ChillyRoom has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
(1) Immediately disconnecting the network connection between the terminal device you are currently using and the application server, requiring you to log in again to continue using the application.
(2) Temporarily prohibiting you from logging in using the current account.
(3) Temporarily prohibiting you from using a certain paid feature in the application until the outstanding fees are paid and the corresponding fees for continued use of the paid feature are prepaid.
(4) Temporarily prohibiting you from posting any comments using the data in ChillyRoom's games.
(5) Permanently and irrevocably deleting the advertisements, false information, or illegal comments you posted, or taking other measures to prevent their dissemination.
(6) Permanently and irrevocably deleting virtual currency, materials, and other game items you illegally obtained, and blocking the account used to access ChillyRoom's game services.
(7) Permanently and irrevocably prohibiting you from posting any comments in the application using the current account.
(8) Permanently and irrevocably deleting all virtual currency, materials, and other information and corresponding game data under the account you are currently using.
(9) Permanently and irrevocably prohibiting you from logging into the application using the current account, and deleting and clearing all data, virtual currency, materials, and other information generated by that account in the application.
(10) Taking other measures not listed above.
ChillyRoom may take one or more of the foregoing measures continuously, intermittently, or alternately.
If a user has any account or character that violates this Agreement or other relevant provisions, ChillyRoom has the right to impose sanctions on all accounts under that user, including but not limited to suspending, terminating, or deleting all accounts under that user, deleting relevant content at any time without notice, and imposing penalties on all accounts under that user, including but not limited to warnings, restricting the use of all or part of the functions, suspending the game account until cancellation, publishing the outcome, and requiring the user to compensate ChillyRoom for losses caused by the user's breach.
Chapter 7: Software Download and Installation
7.1 Using ChillyRoom's game services may require downloading and installing related software. You may obtain the software directly from ChillyRoom's relevant website or from a third party authorized by ChillyRoom. If you obtain ChillyRoom's games or games with the same name as ChillyRoom's games from a third party not authorized by ChillyRoom, you will be deemed not to have obtained ChillyRoom's authorization. ChillyRoom cannot guarantee that the game will function properly and is not responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result.
7.2 ChillyRoom may develop different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to Windows, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, Blackberry, and other application versions. You should choose the appropriate version to download and install based on your actual situation. After downloading the installer, you need to follow the prompts to install it correctly.
7.3 To provide more effective and secure services, ChillyRoom may recommend that you install other software during software installation. You may choose to install or not install it.
7.4 If you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it yourself, and you accept the resulting clearing of game data after uninstalling the game. If you are willing to help ChillyRoom improve its products and services, please inform us of the reason for uninstallation.
7.5 To ensure the security and functional consistency of ChillyRoom's game services, ChillyRoom has the right to update the software or change or limit some of its functions or effects without prior notice.
7.6 After a new software version is released, the old version of the software may become unusable. ChillyRoom does not guarantee that the old version of the software and related customer services will remain available. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
Chapter 8: Disclaimer
8.1 ChillyRoom's games and game services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ChillyRoom does not warrant that ChillyRoom's games and game services are error-free or uninterrupted, that all defects will be corrected, or that ChillyRoom's games and game services will be free from viruses or any other harmful elements. Unless expressly provided by law, ChillyRoom expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of ChillyRoom's games and game services.
8.2 In no event shall ChillyRoom be liable for losses suffered by you during the use of ChillyRoom's games and game services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to national laws, regulations, policies, orders of state authorities, or other unpredictable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, floods, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.
8.3 ChillyRoom may, based on the information or materials it knows or possesses, independently decide to change, terminate, or suspend your use of any of ChillyRoom's games and game services at any time without prior notice, except where advance notice is required by law, this Agreement, or an agreement between you and ChillyRoom. If your conduct violates laws, regulations, or this Agreement, and ChillyRoom terminates or suspends your use of any of ChillyRoom's games and game services in accordance with relevant provisions, ChillyRoom shall not be liable to you and has the right to hold you accountable.
8.4 ChillyRoom's games and game services may cause abnormalities in your game character, game items, game equipment, game currency, and other account data due to game software bugs (i.e., vulnerabilities or defects), version update defects, third-party virus attacks, internet connectivity, or any other factors. Before the cause of the data abnormality is determined, ChillyRoom has the right to temporarily freeze the game account. If the data abnormality is determined to be the result of abnormal gaming conduct, ChillyRoom has the right to restore the game account data to its original state before the abnormality (including recovering transferred data from third parties), and ChillyRoom shall not be liable to you.
8.5 ChillyRoom does not authorize you to obtain game data, game currency, game materials, etc., from any third party by purchase, acceptance of a gift, or other means. ChillyRoom is not responsible for third-party transactions and does not accept complaints arising from disputes over any third-party transactions.
8.6 You fully understand that advertisements, links, or other forms of promotional content posted by third parties in ChillyRoom's games are provided by the third parties themselves. You should judge their authenticity for yourself. ChillyRoom makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding such promotional content. Any services or goods you purchase through ChillyRoom or linked websites involve a transaction solely between you and the provider of such goods or services. ChillyRoom is not involved, and ChillyRoom assumes no legal liability arising from such transactions.
8.7 You fully understand that there is an objective lack of interoperability between different operating systems, which is not caused by ChillyRoom. This may result in the inability to smoothly transfer your recharges and game data from one operating system to another. You shall bear the risk of recharge loss and game data loss caused by switching between different systems, and you may not demand that ChillyRoom assume any liability.
Chapter 9: Privacy Policy
9.1 ChillyRoom will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal privacy information. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, ChillyRoom's game services will comply with the [Privacy Policy] and [Child Privacy Protection Guidelines] uniformly published by ChillyRoom.
Chapter 10: Legal Compliance
10.1 When using ChillyRoom's game services, you shall comply with relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs. If your conduct violates local laws, regulations, or moral customs, you shall bear sole responsibility.
10.2 You shall avoid involving ChillyRoom in political and public events due to your use of ChillyRoom's game services. Otherwise, ChillyRoom has the right to suspend or terminate your services.
Chapter 11: Jurisdiction and Governing Law
11.1 The place of execution of this Agreement is Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
11.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
11.3 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to a competent people's court.
11.4 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no substantive meaning and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
11.5 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on all parties.
Chapter 12: Miscellaneous
12.1 In accordance with the healthy gaming advice of the General Administration of Press and Publication of China, ChillyRoom reminds you: resist bad games, refuse pirated games; protect yourself, beware of scams; moderate gaming benefits the mind, excessive gaming harms the body.
