Eclipse End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "this Agreement") carefully before installing or using this game. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Moonsun, the developer of the game "Eclipse" ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download, install, or use the Game.
1. Grant of License and Restrictions
1.1 Grant of License
Moonsun grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to use the Game, provided that you comply with this Agreement. The Game is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, public distribution, or any other unauthorized activities.
1.2 User Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, publish, modify, distribute, rent, sublicense, transfer, or sell the Game or any portion thereof.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, or otherwise attempt to access the underlying software of the Game.
Modify the content of the Game or create derivative works based on it.
Circumvent or tamper with any security features of the Game.
Develop, distribute, or use hacks, cheats, bots, cracking programs, or any other unauthorized software in connection with the Game.
Infringe upon the Game’s intellectual property rights in any way.
By using the Game, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Copyright
All rights and ownership of the Game belong to Moonsun or third-party content providers, where applicable.
3. Service Use
The Game may undergo updates and modifications over time, and some features or content may change as a result of patches or updates. These updates may be applied without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Game and its associated content (including but not limited to characters, graphics, text, and UI design) are owned by Moonsun. Some elements, such as music and certain graphical assets, may be owned by third-party providers. This Agreement grants the User only a license to use the Game and does not transfer any ownership rights. Users are not permitted to use or modify the Game’s content without authorization.
5. User Feedback
If you provide feedback, such as suggestions or bug reports, regarding the Game, Moonsun may use such feedback freely without any obligation to compensate you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Moonsun makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Game and does not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Moonsun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case local laws may apply.
7. Termination and Modifications
7.1 Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Game. Moonsun reserves the right to terminate your license without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, resulting in restricted access to the Game. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the Game. Moonsun shall not be held liable for any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
7.2 Modifications
Moonsun may update this Agreement as necessary. Changes take effect immediately upon notice. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
