I pledge as follows that I will strictly observe the confidentiality of all information and materials including trade secrets of NCSOFT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) that I learned during my participation in the Lion's Arch: GuildWars Arena (Private playtest)

1. Confidential information refers to all information and materials of the company that I learn or obtain in the course of performing my duties and includes the company's current status information, management information, company image, honor, credit-related information, sales information, technical information, marketing information, game information (demo version, core features, screenshots, contents, development schedule, etc.) and all other information and materials (samples, documents, files, etc., regardless of form). Confidential information includes not only those provided in writing, but also delivered orally or communicated during discussions and consultations between staff.
2. I will keep confidential information strictly confidential, and will not divulge, leak, or distribute it externally without prior written approval from the Company, or use it for any purpose other than the purpose of carrying out my duties.
3. I will not store all or part of the confidential information obtained or learned during the performance of my duties without prior written approval from the Company, and shall immediately destroy, shred, or return it to the Company under the supervision of the Company if requested by the Company. (Downloaded clients, etc. will be deleted immediately after the end of my duties.)
4. Except under prior written consent of the Company, I will not make other reproductions or copies, including photographic copies, or install and retain it on any other media including laptops, all or part of the confidential Information obtained or learned during the performance of my duties.
5. I will not modify, transform, reverse engineer, decompile, or create any other work from all or part of the confidential Information obtained or learned during the performance of my duties. I will actively cooperate with any of the Company's preventive measures, including, without limitation, such as installing and running anti-virus software on my personal computer.
6. I will not access any materials or information or enter any places other than the scope for which access is permitted for the performance of my duties.
7. If I receive an order from a court or other government agency to submit or disclose confidential information obtained or learned during the performance of my duties, I will immediately notify the Company in writing so that the Company can fully respond to it.
8. I will not carry unauthorized storage media at the time of entry and exit, and will actively cooperate with inspection of my possessions.
9. In the case of approved equipment brought in for the performance of my duties, I will delete all contents related to the company when it is taken out.
10. I will not use malicious software that may harm the company's systems, networks, and other infrastructure.
11. When entering a restricted area, I will not bring in portable computer equipment such as laptops and if using a laptop in a restricted area is absolutely necessary, I will use a laptop provided by the Company.
12. In the event that damages occur or there is likeliness of damage occurring to the Company, users of the Company's services, or a third party due to my breach of the obligations under this pledge, I shall immediately compensate all damages and expenses incurred by the concerned parties and shall not raise any objections thereto.
13. I will continue to comply with the confidentiality obligations under this pledge during and after the completion of my duties.
14. I have carefully read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of the foregoing pledge.
